We had a family reunion here and the property was perfect! We spent two days doing things in the area and two days just hanging out on the property - we kayaked and swam in the pond, walked around and watched the fireflies at night, set up a movie on the projector wall and played games. There were bunk rooms for all the cousins and rooms for all the adults. Bruce was awesome and super quick to respond when we asked about anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hosts and an amazing home and property. Our 11 grandchildren had so much fun fishing, boating and swimming in the pond. Great location for a family gathering!

We found the facilities clean and comfortable. A great time for playing whiffle ball, kayaked in pond, visited many sights in the area. We had planned for this for over a year, it didn’t disappoint. Owners were so helpful during our planning! We are so grateful for this property and the opportunity to enjoy it!

Everyone had a great time! Kids enjoyed swimming in the pond and using the kayaks and paddle boat. Very nice deck with plenty of sitting room. Close to many Kansas City attractions.

Our extended family stayed here for a family reunion this summer. It worked out perfectly for our four families. The kids loved playing in the lake and kayaking around, the deck is absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty of space! There are even two kitchens so one family could prepare food downstairs and the others could prepare them upstairs. It worked out very well for our group of 19!

In addition to 8 bedrooms, there were several places for family members to gather for conversation, tv, projection movies, and board games. Our favorite spot was the covered upper deck for morning coffee. We also enjoyed fun in the pond with kayaks and canoes.

This was the perfect vacation house for my four grown children, spouses, and 8 grandkids. The projection TV and huge beanbag downstairs was a big hit with the kids. The adults loved playing games at the kitchen and dining tables, or out on the enormous deck. The kayaks and paddleboat were a fun time on the pond. We are a family that loves to cook and were delighted to find everything we needed--and not just worn out pans--but high quality pots and pans and baking sheets. We found everything we needed, with the exception of a rolling pin!! (which we bought and donated to the house). There was adequate and quality dinnerware for both adults and kids. Plentiful towels, throws, toiletries, etc. etc. We truly felt that we were at a home away from home. Everything was in tip top shape. If we take another family trip in the Missouri area, we would definitely book again.

This home had plenty of room for parents and family. The children enjoyed having a bunkbed room for the girls and one for the boys. The large upper deck was an amazing hang out place, both for eating and visiting, including a table as well as extra seating, including two gliders. The kitchen was well equiped. There were electric griddles perfect for pancakes and grilled cheese. The convection oven was wonderful. When extra oven space was needed, the downstairs kitchen filled in well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were available. Some folks especially enjoyed the comfy couch throws while doing video games and watching shows on the screen wall. The outdoor games, ponds, fishing, canoes, and paddleboat were a big hit. One child had his first chance to fly a kite with the wide open spaces. Animal watching was also a big hit. The newborn calf, chickens, cats, frogs, so many exciting sites. The washer was handy for cleaning up after the pond adventures. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. We highly recommend this location for family that wants a place not in the city, but near enough for what functions you came to the area to attend. Bruce will answer questions when you have them. Definitely a place to stay again.

What a great house! This house had enough rooms to fit us all! A huge kitchen for family dinners, and the star of the show—the deck!! Amazing views of the pond where the kids enjoyed fishing. Everyone took advantage of the long driveways for walks and bike rides. Bruce was super attentive and even brought us a new gas tank for the grill when we discovered one was low. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Our family of 19 had ample room in this relaxing acreage just minutes from town. The large 20'x26' covered outside deck was a common gathering space to enjoy breakfast in the morning or conversation in the summer evenings. From playing cornhole, to fishing and swimming in the pond, we enjoyed the property more each day. When we saw Bruce drive by to feed animals in way back of property, we invited him in for ice cream. During his couple minute stay, he was very personable, responsive to questions, and gave a local's perspective on a couple activities to do. The house came stocked with plenty of towels as well as shampoo / conditioner / soap. The grill utensils were a bit dirty when we arrived so we washed before using. Two of our kids voted this as best vacation ever. We'd love to stay again.

The house is set up perfectly for our large family. The kitchen/ dining areas have plenty of room. Everyone loved spending time catching fish and frogs or just sitting in the sun down by the pond. The huge covered deck was the hub for all of our activities. Bruce and his wife were great hosts. Clean, well stocked and comfortable beds.

This was a great house for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had plenty of room to share with a couple families. Nicely appointed and clean. The yard is fantastic and it was great to have breakfast on the deck and watch/listen to the animals. The drive to Creekside and Homefield parks was easy. Highly recommended property.

This house and property was absolutely wonderful! Because of our large family, (21 people), we needed lots of places to sleep, a large kitchen, and places to sit and hang out. This house offered all of those things and much more. The gorgeous, large deck was where we spent most of our time, and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the pond and large yard. The living spaces provided comfortable furniture, and a nice large television we all were able to enjoy. The appliances all worked great, and everything we needed for cooking was provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and it was overall very excellent. We were celebrating a 50th anniversary, and this location proved to make our celebration extremely special. Bruce was easy to communicate with, helpful, and genuine. I 100% recommend this property!

We gathered for a large family event and loved the large space and peaceful property (just what we needed). Large kitchen window looks out on scenic countryside (this is a ranch, has pond with ducks and geese, cows in nearby pasture). Big kitchen — well stocked — pots and pans and bakeware for everything we needed. Loved the throw blankets in living room and multiple comfy leather recliner couches. Bathrooms were well stocked shampoos and body wash etc. Covered deck is large and has comfortable seating options plus tables, and more seating below deck on concrete pad. Plenty of parking for everyone and convenient circle drive for loading and unloading. Host was responsive when contacted and took quick action to address anything that needed attention. Would stay here again.

Our stay was good. We had plenty of room for us 14 adults. However, when we arrived, the kitchen garbage was over half full, dust covered surfaces in the bedrooms to the point where you could write in it, the toilets had stains from not being freshly cleaned/used. I'm guessing the house had not been rented out for a while. The chicken coop is larger than in the pictures and is right off the deck area. They roam freely on the property. The carpets are stained. The master bathroom has the tub taped off (we would not have used it, but something to note). There are people on the property every evening for the cows and every morning for the chickens. Just be aware the pics do not accurately show the layout of the property and there will be other people coming and going during your stay. It was raining during the majority of our stay so the covered deck was a nice option. We did not see the dog mentioned in the description during our stay. We also could not get the washer and dryer to work during our stay.

The house and property was amazing. My family and I was so impressed with the decor of the house. How roomy and clean it was. The memories we made that week were priceless. Well worth every penny we spent. Definitely would like to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful time here for our family reunion. Worked well for everyone aged 2-55. Room sizes were great and the house accommodated all of us without any issue. It was nice to socialize on the back deck, swim, and play on the water. Thank you, Bruce!

I went with a bunch of old adult friends. We wanted to stay together, so we were willing to make the drive into KC when we had to. The house was nice and spacious, we really liked the patio and room outdoors for a couple of activities we did there.We only had 16, but I will say, it does not sleep 24 adults..as the top bunks are only supposed to be used by 175lbs or less and I'm not sure I'd trust thatevev, as the bunk beds were overall pretty shaky.Host had good communication, someone did show up to tend the farm both days.

The location was excellent for a family gathering. The home is comfortable and easy to share for the 14 of us visiting. We were able to host a small gathering as well. The host was very accommodating.

In addition to 8 bedrooms, there were several places for family members to gather for conversation, tv, projection movies, and board games. Our favorite spot was the covered upper deck for morning coffee. We also enjoyed fun in the pond with kayaks and canoes.

The house and property was amazing. My family and I was so impressed with the decor of the house. How roomy and clean it was. The memories we made that week were priceless. Well worth every penny we spent. Definitely would like to stay there again in the future.

Our large family had a wonderful, peaceful time at this Liberty Ranch. The location was quiet and beautiful and close enough to Liberty and North Kansas City for us to have access to supplies and things to do. The house was perfectly equipped for those in the group with very young children. We were pleasantly surprised to find the playroom as well as several baby gates. The deck off the kitchen has a locked gate to the stairs and we were able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space without worry of the kids falling down the stairs. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.We all enjoy cooking and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking all of our meals as well as baking and grilling.We would defiantly stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This home had plenty of room for parents and family. The children enjoyed having a bunkbed room for the girls and one for the boys. The large upper deck was an amazing hang out place, both for eating and visiting, including a table as well as extra seating, including two gliders. The kitchen was well equiped. There were electric griddles perfect for pancakes and grilled cheese. The convection oven was wonderful. When extra oven space was needed, the downstairs kitchen filled in well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were available. Some folks especially enjoyed the comfy couch throws while doing video games and watching shows on the screen wall. The outdoor games, ponds, fishing, canoes, and paddleboat were a big hit. One child had his first chance to fly a kite with the wide open spaces. Animal watching was also a big hit. The newborn calf, chickens, cats, frogs, so many exciting sites. The washer was handy for cleaning up after the pond adventures. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. We highly recommend this location for family that wants a place not in the city, but near enough for what functions you came to the area to attend. Bruce will answer questions when you have them. Definitely a place to stay again.

Our family of 19 had ample room in this relaxing acreage just minutes from town. The large 20'x26' covered outside deck was a common gathering space to enjoy breakfast in the morning or conversation in the summer evenings. From playing cornhole, to fishing and swimming in the pond, we enjoyed the property more each day. When we saw Bruce drive by to feed animals in way back of property, we invited him in for ice cream. During his couple minute stay, he was very personable, responsive to questions, and gave a local's perspective on a couple activities to do. The house came stocked with plenty of towels as well as shampoo / conditioner / soap. The grill utensils were a bit dirty when we arrived so we washed before using. Two of our kids voted this as best vacation ever. We'd love to stay again.

My family and I had an amazing time here!! The house felt so welcoming and accommodated all of us! We had the most fun fishing, kayaking, and canoeing all day! We had excellent communications with our host who accommodated some of our special requests. The property was very nice and we enjoyed the big kitchen and beautiful deck. The WiFi speed could benefit from a booster, as streaming hiccuped and working from the home wasn’t easy to do. However, that did not detract from our stay!

We loved the spacious house, deck and yard. Plenty of sleeping options for my parents, my siblings and our spouses and kids. Lots of comfortable furniture. The kids and teens loved the big-screen projector downstairs for playing video games. My nephew even caught a catfish and a few bass in the pond. We took adventures into KC for barbecue, the Money Museum, Science City, and the Crossroads streetcar; and to Liberty for the Truman library, all under 30 minute drives. Would totally recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

This was a great house for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had plenty of room to share with a couple families. Nicely appointed and clean. The yard is fantastic and it was great to have breakfast on the deck and watch/listen to the animals. The drive to Creekside and Homefield parks was easy. Highly recommended property.

We used this property for a small family reunion over spring break. We had the best aunt/uncle/sibling/cousin time in this large house with an extensive property. Spent our days in the city at the zoo, union station, restaurants, and temple, and came home in the evenings to the rolling green hills of this country property - just perfect!

We gathered for a large family event and loved the large space and peaceful property (just what we needed). Large kitchen window looks out on scenic countryside (this is a ranch, has pond with ducks and geese, cows in nearby pasture). Big kitchen — well stocked — pots and pans and bakeware for everything we needed. Loved the throw blankets in living room and multiple comfy leather recliner couches. Bathrooms were well stocked shampoos and body wash etc. Covered deck is large and has comfortable seating options plus tables, and more seating below deck on concrete pad. Plenty of parking for everyone and convenient circle drive for loading and unloading. Host was responsive when contacted and took quick action to address anything that needed attention. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect distance from the city, on beautiful land with gorgeous views. Quiet and secluded with everything you need to escape the city and reset but close enough to run into town to grab what you need. Me and my family were well supported in this space.

This house and property was absolutely wonderful! Because of our large family, (21 people), we needed lots of places to sleep, a large kitchen, and places to sit and hang out. This house offered all of those things and much more. The gorgeous, large deck was where we spent most of our time, and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the pond and large yard. The living spaces provided comfortable furniture, and a nice large television we all were able to enjoy. The appliances all worked great, and everything we needed for cooking was provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and it was overall very excellent. We were celebrating a 50th anniversary, and this location proved to make our celebration extremely special. Bruce was easy to communicate with, helpful, and genuine. I 100% recommend this property!

Our extended family stayed here for a family reunion this summer. It worked out perfectly for our four families. The kids loved playing in the lake and kayaking around, the deck is absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty of space! There are even two kitchens so one family could prepare food downstairs and the others could prepare them upstairs. It worked out very well for our group of 19!

This was the perfect vacation house for my four grown children, spouses, and 8 grandkids. The projection TV and huge beanbag downstairs was a big hit with the kids. The adults loved playing games at the kitchen and dining tables, or out on the enormous deck. The kayaks and paddleboat were a fun time on the pond. We are a family that loves to cook and were delighted to find everything we needed--and not just worn out pans--but high quality pots and pans and baking sheets. We found everything we needed, with the exception of a rolling pin!! (which we bought and donated to the house). There was adequate and quality dinnerware for both adults and kids. Plentiful towels, throws, toiletries, etc. etc. We truly felt that we were at a home away from home. Everything was in tip top shape. If we take another family trip in the Missouri area, we would definitely book again.

The house was perfectly equipped for those in the group with very young children. We were pleasantly surprised to find the playroom as well as several baby gates. The deck off the kitchen has a locked gate to the stairs and we were able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space without worry of the kids falling down the stairs. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.We all enjoy cooking and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking all of our meals as well as baking and grilling.We would defiantly stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This home had plenty of room for parents and family. The children enjoyed having a bunkbed room for the girls and one for the boys. The large upper deck was an amazing hang out place, both for eating and visiting, including a table as well as extra seating, including two gliders. The kitchen was well equiped. There were electric griddles perfect for pancakes and grilled cheese. The convection oven was wonderful. When extra oven space was needed, the downstairs kitchen filled in well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were available. Some folks especially enjoyed the comfy couch throws while doing video games and watching shows on the screen wall. The outdoor games, ponds, fishing, canoes, and paddleboat were a big hit. One child had his first chance to fly a kite with the wide open spaces. Animal watching was also a big hit. The newborn calf, chickens, cats, frogs, so many exciting sites. The washer was handy for cleaning up after the pond adventures. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. We highly recommend this location for family that wants a place not in the city, but near enough for what functions you came to the area to attend. Bruce will answer questions when you have them. Definitely a place to stay again.

What a great house! This house had enough rooms to fit us all! A huge kitchen for family dinners, and the star of the show—the deck!! Amazing views of the pond where the kids enjoyed fishing. Everyone took advantage of the long driveways for walks and bike rides. Bruce was super attentive and even brought us a new gas tank for the grill when we discovered one was low. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Host was very attentive to questions. The house was clean stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pond. Accommodated our family reunion and everyone enjoyed the property.

We arrived a little ahead of check in time and Bruce was very accommodating to allow us to get settled in. There was plenty of room for all of the children and grandchildren to spread out and enjoy time spent together. The kitchen layout was perfect for serving the crew at each meal. Had a great time with the fishing, swimming, and kayaking.

We had a wonderful stay for our little family gathering. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room both indoor and out. My children, grandchildren, and myself really enjoy the outdoors. So this place was right up our alley. A couple of the kayaks had holes. And the pedal boat was out of commission, but those kind of things are expected after winter, I suppose. It would have been even better if the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom or the hot tub outside were working.But honestly, we had a great weekend.And I think all of us would agree.We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had excellent communications with our host who accommodated some of our special requests. The property was very nice and we enjoyed the big kitchen and beautiful deck. The WiFi speed could benefit from a booster, as streaming hiccuped and working from the home wasn’t easy to do. However, that did not detract from our stay!
