Spring Lake 77, The Ferns - P

A massive thank you for a wonderful weekend. We have been coming to the lake for 15 years now, returning year after year for the incredible wakeboarding. Our children now have the bug and will no doubt continue to return for many years to come to wakeboard with Sam and the team. Having stayed at this house and many others on the lake, this one is without a doubt our favourite. The extra space and the lovely hot tub really set it apart. Our only comment this time would be how incredibly hot the house was. With no heating on, the house was very warm, making it tricky to sleep at night. All in all, a brilliant weekend with friends. Thank you very much.

Clean tidy and comfortable but lacking care ....looks tired ...furniture is in need of replacement downstairs in the living room all seems like rental leftovers....sorry but it just was so empty of care. The outside decking had so much stuff on it you could not move all fully functional but not nicely positioned for comfort.

Once again we had a very special time together as a family with lots of visiting family and friends popping in for BBQ’s on the deck. The house was presented very well this year and was spotless. Fingers cross some of the recent issues with some residents trying to disrupt the water sports, doesn’t lead to them ceasing these activities that have prevailed for the past 30 years or so and which are a key attraction for many. If all is well we will return.

We stayed at The Ferns for four nights ( my third stay!) and didn't want to leave! It's a happy house, with lots of space and light and is beautiful both inside and out.
