We tried to contact the owner and the emergency number and neither one contacted us back. We went 4 days with no internet or television service.

Like this place pool was amazing ,checking was amazing but when we got to the elevator it wasnt working we are senior citizens two ladys their knee hurt to go up the stairs and they look dirty, we had trouble trying to unlock the door when we walk in it was really nice and pretty but when we try to turn on the tv it was not working for us to program thinking it would work nothing !!! Then the couple went into their room and no tv and no door whats wrong with this ???? in the moring no coffee just the coffee maker ??? TO make iT this is a resort yall should supple items with the price i PAID OR ANYBODY PAIDS I was very UPSET but Thank but No Thank you never again will we go there !!! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE 2ND AND ESPECIALLY THE 3RD FLOOR!!!! WE CALL FRINT DESK THEY COULDNT EVEN HELP US RESOLVE OR PROBLEMS SEND US A NUMBER CALL OR TEXT NO GOT A RESPONSE!!!!!
