Pool house - heated pool in heart of Melbourne, minutes to beach

This is our second stay in this property. Last time was two years ago. It seems that the property have been not well managed. As we were told the owner lives in other state, so I figure that management has not fairly taken good care of the property. When arrived this time garbage bags were all dropped in front of the house. As soon as we enter you could tell there was not cleaning done before we arrived. One king bed was broken (a leg was out). There were no knobs in many door closets. Air conditioner was not properly working. During our stay we were told that services were going to fix/change the air conditioner and we had to stay for almost the hole day until they left. Also we had people from the pest control company going in. So as you can imagine you having a vacation stay being told not to leave since people are coming to fix/maintain the property. Perhaps this may be done before a stay not during the stay. We really like the potential the property has and the location distance from the USSSA Complex. Owner should change property management ASAP.

Pool was great with the kids. Per friendly. Dryer door wouldn’t stay shut. There was plenty of room for my family not to be on top of each other.

Totally a cool house! Loved everything about this house. Big families....this is your place and the dogs loved it too!!!

Great house! Exactly as described!

Front door appearance very poor. Lots of overgrown weeds. Cigarette butts. Screen door not functional. Dust and dirt inside. Sliding doors hard to slide and did not lock. Dust under refrigerator; ice tray leaked, freezer water leaked onto floor. Arm chair in LR broken. Towels thin and dingy. No kitchen towels. Although I was refunded 40% and did very much appreciate that, this was a poor experience for a family holiday stay. I have been using AB&B for years and this was my first VRBO. I was embarrassed to host my family here. Again, very disappointed.
