Steps to Beautiful Brigantine Beach. 1st. Floor Unit with Private Porch.

The place was very clean. In a quiet neighborhood right by the beach. We had a choice to dine in for a quiet dinner or drive less than 20 minutes to fine dining in AC.

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Maria's place! Maria was very responsive and helpful. The place was roomy, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and was stocked with everything we needed, including sheets, bath towels, kitchen supplies, etc. (Take note that there is no oven, but there is a large toaster oven, which perfectly met our needs). We greatly enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony, and we appreciated the 6 beach tags included! You really can't beat the short walk to the beach, with a lifeguarded beach right there! Brigantine itself is a nice quiet town, and this location is convenient to shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. This is the second year we've stayed at Maria's place. We highly recommend it!

The owner was wonderful with communication. It was easy to check in. Great off street parking. The house was comfortable for the six of us. I counted 380 steps to the beach from the front door to where we had our canopy setup near the surf. We would definitely rent again. The kitchen is well stocked with a lot of small appliances. The thing to know is that if you like to cook in like we do there aren't any big pots and pans and no full size oven. Not a deal breaker just an FYI. We will meal plan differently if we go back.

It was a great place to stay and relax with family. The beach was close and everything was very walkable.
