The listing pictures don’t do justice to how secluded, quiet, and private this cottage is. The house itself has a wonderful layout for two - solid sized kitchen, living area, and bedroom - but the real standout is the deck and hot tub. We spent an amazingly relaxing week over 4th of July and can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous property for two with the most breathtaking views. House had everything we needed and loved all the curated touches like the fireplace, heated bathroom floors, hot tub, and most impressive - the view. Being so high up, everyday felt different. The host was communicative and accommodating. Hope to be back soon!

The locations and views definitely cannot be beat with this location. The only downside is that the bathroom is pretty small and things could probably using some sprucing up. However, it's truly was a great place, we loved the hot tub, the amazing views, and quick drive to Mendocino.

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin is located on a ridge that overlooks the Navarro River and the ocean. The views are spectacular from the deck and hot tub, as well as the bedroom and living spaces. It was delightful watching the turkey vultures, ravens and hawks soar right by the deck, and we were lucky enough to spot two bald eagles from Navarro Beach. The bed is very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is powerful; perfect for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is small but well appointed. We will definitely return for another visit.

Peaceful getaway from it all! Within several easy day trips, hiking, kayaking, exploring. Nice cabin, well stocked, full kitchen and laundry too! Great place to watch the starry sky on a clear night.

To start with you cannot beat this location. The views are spectacular even when it is foggy. Secluded and quiet. When we first arrived we were greeted with a bag of trash at the front door. When we went to use the oven it was very dirty and had left over parchment paper inside the oven. Upkeep is needed on this property. The bathroom switchplate was hanging off the wall. There was mold on the shower. The quilt on the bed had a stain. The entire place could use a good dusting. For the cost this location should be in excellent shape and it really is a pity as the location shines. I was issued a partial refund after notification. But if you like a clean and kept up location perhaps this is not for you.

Perfect little cabin for 2. The location is awesome, when the waves were up we could hear the ocean from in bed! Also it is very private, from one side of the cabin you can see another house (nobody was there during our stay), the rest is trees and ocean view. The cabin was nice, very cosy and comfortable. The pictures are accurate. One thing the pictures do not show is the cool dimmable lighting in the rafters. Very nice for adding a romantic ambiance, as if watching the moonlight on the ocean needed more romance!

Everything about this property is special. You are completely secluded with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The hot tub is a perfect addition to sit in and gaze at the sea during the day and the stars at night. Our host was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

The Cabin was just what we needed after visiting Yosemite. We enjoyed the serenity and didn't want to leave. Mendocino was just the type of costal town we were looking for. It was great to be so close to town as well as being so peaceful. Would stay again!

The pictures are accurate. One thing the pictures do not show is the cool dimmable lighting in the rafters. Very nice for adding a romantic ambiance, as if watching the moonlight on the ocean needed more romance!

What an amazing location with a fantastic view and abundant solitude. We had an amazing stay. Very close to Mendocino and stocked to make this a proper home away from home!

The locations and views definitely cannot be beat with this location. The only downside is that the bathroom is pretty small and things could probably using some sprucing up. However, it's truly was a great place, we loved the hot tub, the amazing views, and quick drive to Mendocino.
