We loved our stay! The house was clean, well equipped and above all comfortable! The views and the private dock with kayaks and tram were lovely. While we enjoyed the Hayden Lake area, the house was also very well situated for day excursions to Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Wallace/Pulaski Tunnel Trail and Hiawatha Trail. Even though this was a couples trip for us, this is a good spot for a small family too!
We loved our stay! The house was clean, well equipped and above all comfortable! The views and the private dock with kayaks and tram were lovely. While we enjoyed the Hayden Lake area, the house was also very well situated for day excursions to Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Wallace/Pulaski Tunnel Trail and Hiawatha Trail. Even though this was a couples trip for us, this is a good spot for a small family too!

Very nice property. Great view from both the living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed for a rental. It was convenient to have access to the garage for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Family stayed for a weekend getaway and it was a perfect place. Cleaning was immaculate. Views were amazing. Location was peaceful but quick to get down to lake on elevator with private dock access and kayaks. Will definitely stay again. Felt like home and we absolutely loved it.

Everything about this rental was perfect: amazing views, clean house, convenient washer/dryer, great house amenities, great owners, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, plenty of space, great tv’s, fun tram to the water, great dock, fun kayaks, great parking, and secure place for our bikes, etc. I could go on and on. We rent places all the time and this was probably the best place we’ve rented.

We traveled to Coeur D’Alene with our two kids 17/19. This was an extremely comfortable stay. It was 15 minutes from town but a perfect spot on a beautiful lake after our day trips. Easy tram ride to the dock. Beautiful views from the living room and master. Property manager was extremely responsive. Recommend!

The home had everything it promised. I wish i could have stayed longer. The view was to die for. The only unfortunate thing was the fireplace did not work.

The house is amazing! Great view with quiet neighbors and close to everything you would need. The check in was easy and flawless, all the instructions are easy to understand and make sense./We used the master with two little kids, spare beds are a huge win for us, we brought our own pack and play but they had one of those as well. Grandma and grandpa stayed in the guest bedroom and were very comfortable./Both bathrooms were well stocked and very nice. The master shower head had a little leak but Krystal was ready to change it, the timing just never worked out so not her fault. I’m sure it will be fixed by the next stay./The kitchen is VERY well stocked, anything you would need to get any meal cooked and served. It is also a very nice layout for entertaining, we loved the open layout.The coffee maker was clutch with the kids, nothing like making a good cut of coffee at any second. Bbq great for all your cooking needs. We ran out of propane the second to last day and Krystal and her business partner, sorry I forgot her name, were very quick to fill them before dinner./Living room and dining area are big with plenty of room for 10.There was a high chair in the garage that we used as well as the ones we brought, very nice option. We had a couple of family dinners there and the view and space was great every night./Washer and dryer worked great, garage parking is plenty for 2 cars, we had a ram 2500 and a ford fusion./The lift to the dock is a special feature, we loved it all!

If you’re looking to enjoy Hayden Lake this is a top notch spot. Great views of the lake and easy access to the dock. Easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was spacious and very clean. The beds were great. Communication with the host was excellent. She answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again

Our family group of 4 adults have stayed at this property three times now and each stay has been very relaxing. The house is exactly as advertised. It is well organized and clean. The first thing we noticed was how clean the home was, and it smelled nice. The home has been nicely maintained, and everything in the kitchen was labeled and organized. Krystal responded quickly to our questions and was easy to communicate with. The view from the house was really beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful house and it's a very quiet place to stay at with a great view of the lake. The host Kystal and Lizzy were great to work with and very responsive and polite. I would definitely stay here again and would've gladly stayed one more week if it wasn't already booked.

We enjoyed our stay in this private unit above a detached garage. Quiet location, plus window shades to facilitate lazy mornings. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen, and a beautiful view of the lake!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything that we needed was provided. Living room TV didn’t work for us so reached out to property manager and let them know. Highly recommend this property. We will return for sure.

House was exactly like the discription. Beautiful view of Hayden Lake from living room and master bedroom. Very nice to have garage parking,along a remote would have been great! Friendly deer and wild turkeys on the side of the road up the hill to the house. A perfect relaxing place to stay.

The master shower head had a little leak but Krystal was ready to change it, the timing just never worked out so not her fault. I’m sure it will be fixed by the next stay./The kitchen is VERY well stocked, anything you would need to get any meal cooked and served. It is also a very nice layout for entertaining, we loved the open layout.The coffee maker was clutch with the kids, nothing like making a good cut of coffee at any second. Bbq great for all your cooking needs. We ran out of propane the second to last day and Krystal and her business partner, sorry I forgot her name, were very quick to fill them before dinner./Living room and dining area are big with plenty of room for 10.There was a high chair in the garage that we used as well as the ones we brought, very nice option. We had a couple of family dinners there and the view and space was great every night./Washer and dryer worked great, garage parking is plenty for 2 cars, we had a ram 2500 and a ford fusion./The lift to the dock is a special feature, we loved it all!

The first thing we noticed was how clean the home was, and it smelled nice. The home has been nicely maintained, and everything in the kitchen was labeled and organized. Krystal responded quickly to our questions and was easy to communicate with. The view from the house was really beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful house and it's a very quiet place to stay at with a great view of the lake. The host Kystal and Lizzy were great to work with and very responsive and polite. I would definitely stay here again and would've gladly stayed one more week if it wasn't already booked.

We loved our stay! The house was clean, well equipped and above all comfortable! The views and the private dock with kayaks and tram were lovely. While we enjoyed the Hayden Lake area, the house was also very well situated for day excursions to Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Wallace/Pulaski Tunnel Trail and Hiawatha Trail. Even though this was a couples trip for us, this is a good spot for a small family too!

We enjoyed our stay in this private unit above a detached garage. Quiet location, plus window shades to facilitate lazy mornings. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen, and a beautiful view of the lake!

If you’re looking to enjoy Hayden Lake this is a top notch spot. Great views of the lake and easy access to the dock. Easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was spacious and very clean. The beds were great. Communication with the host was excellent. She answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again

We traveled to Coeur D’Alene with our two kids 17/19. This was an extremely comfortable stay. It was 15 minutes from town but a perfect spot on a beautiful lake after our day trips. Easy tram ride to the dock. Beautiful views from the living room and master. Property manager was extremely responsive. Recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was extremely clean. It had all the appliances and amenities you could possibly need. Life vests were provided which was an amazing and thoughtful touch. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. What a Beautiful home and lake experience! Krystal is a top notch host no doubt about it!! She picked up flowers from a nearby shop where I had ordered them and had them in the house when we arrived! The cleanliness of the home was second to no one! Her instructions were very easy to follow. She even checked in mid stay to see if we needed anything. It's a very quiet area. There are great restaurants in the nearby area. We would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely return again! Thank You Krystal for everything!

This is our 5th stay. We love this place. The house is well appointed and very clean. The consistency to keep things in order is top-notch. We always know what we’re gonna get when we go stay and are never disappointed. I would highly recommend this place.
