The communication was great before and during our stay. The house was very clean and the pool was an absolute treat for the whole family! We had rain and we were able to park in the garage which kept us dry while unloading and packing up. The location is central to all the fun activites we had planned (state fair, railroad park, Zoo, etc). We will absolutely be back for a long weekend trip in the future.

It was ok for the most part. Here are my complaints...for the "games", putting green isn't any good. Ping pong table broken, pool table not good, shuffle board had bad sand, fuse ball was missing bumpers so we couldn't play that either. The corn hole was plastic and the bags just bounce like a trampoline. It was 3 dads and 3 boys. We got the house becuase of the "games". The house was nice, bed situation isn't good as there are only 4 beds not including the couches. I dont call the couches beds because the mattresses were so bad. The dishwasher was broken and it was not function able while we were there. They did send a maitanance person quick but he didn't have the parts.The backyard was nice and big. Nothing special about it. I would not stay here agian.

The property was great! The goal was to have a place that we could all stay together to celebrate our daughters graduation from college and this property was perfect. It was comfortable for everyone, very clean and the property was supplied with everything that we needed.

Yard was great. House was a little worn, but roomy and fun game room. Neighborhood was iffy. Overall happy with stay. A few suggestions: repair broken chess pieces, make putting green hole cups even to ground (can't smoothly put ball in hole), replace bean bags so there are four of each. We had trouble starting the grill and couldn't get a response from Taylor about that. Taylor was helpful getting early check-in and arranging to have two dogs. The dogs loved the big yard! Pool was nice and warm, clean and big! Pool vacuum was startling (noisy), but small price to pay for clean pool. Fire pit was nice, especially on cooler evenings! Really nice to have the whole family together ❤️

We had a great stay at Bluefield resort, the house had all of the amenities we needed, comfortable beds and super clean! There was a ton of stuff for the kids to do and the pool was amazing!

This house was great! Lots of amenities for our kids. They were never bored and weren’t always asking for tv or devices. Interior was decorated well and backyard was an oasis! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Communication was prompt both before and during our stay. This home was perfect for our visit for our son's 30th- plenty of space for dining and sleeping. We loved the kitchen , game room, and outside space.Minor issues upon check in which were addressed as best as possible after prompt communication- 1. Swimming bathroom sink clogged up ( not fixed ) 2. Swimming pool vacuum not working ( worked once during the stay )3 propane tanks empty( replaced asap) 4 fire pit and gas grill had lighting issues- firepit was able to be lit but would not stay on consistently. 5. no swim accessories as stated- left our pool noodles for next guests 6. the corn hole game only had 7 very deteriorated bags and one board was broken. 7. hammocks were very worn one not able to be used due to hole.Though there were a lot of minor inconveniences the home and space were great. Devon was friendly and did what he could to render things.

Very impressive property, the inside and the backyard are amazing! So much to do from swimming, corn hole, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong! Lots of room to hang out with the whole family! Kitchen is stocked! Nice VRBO!!! Highly recommended!

Was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for my daughter's surprise engagement party! Everyone commented on it being a such "great place". Lots to do inside and out. Pool was awesome. Only comments / suggestions to make it a "perfect" would be a bit of clean up of hardscape areas in front & back along w/ Lounge chairs. Hammocks could be tightened - hard to get out of d/t hanging very close to the ground when using.

3 bdrm, 3 bath home. 2 bdrms have a queen and the 3rd bdrm has bunks. I believe there are also 3 hide a beds in the couches, however we did not use those. Table area inside sits 12. This was our first VRBO stay and it was a good experience. Host was easy to work with, property was in good repair. Beds are clean and comfortable and kids stayed entertained by the variety of game. We had a great time and would stay again.

Jeff was an incredible host. He responded quickly to any questions and inquiries. The property was so spacious and so clean. They had everything you could ask for. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. I highly recommend staying here for anyone wondering if they should book it, book it NOW!

The Bluefield home was absolutely perfect! We spent the weekend with our immediate family and other family joined each day for fun. On Sunday we got married in the backyard, followed by an informal reception/party. There was plenty of space, entertainment for everyone! The home was stocked with everything we needed, and more! Working with the owners and management representative was easy and pleasant! Thank you!!!

Awesome! Teens loved it! Wish the beds were slightly bigger and more comfy in bedrooms. Close to so many outings. Jeff and Taylor were easy to communicate with and property was just as listed!

We traveled to this property for my friends bachelorette party! Upon arriving, the house was clean and very spacious. We loved the outdoor area and all the game the property offered! The beds were super comfortable. The only downside was that it was quite a bit a away from the bars, so Ubers/Lyfts were a bit pricey. Otherwise we really enjoyed the house and felt like it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again 😊

This was the perfect spot for our trip. We were in town for our son’s wedding, and we needed a place for our family of six to stay, as well as to host a post-rehearsal gathering. The property was perfectly suited for both! Everything was as described. When we arrived late in the evening, there was one minor issue that I alerted management to. David responded immediately and the matter was resolved first thing the next morning. Great place for the price!

The house is nice & larger than it looks from the outside. The surrounding area was not as nice as we thought but it was ok. The backyard is beautiful and you feel like you’re in paradise with a beautiful pool and palm trees atmosphere! We had a Great 4th of July with Family & Friends!

Yard was great. House was a little worn, but roomy and fun game room. Neighborhood was iffy. Overall happy with stay. A few suggestions: repair broken chess pieces, make putting green hole cups even to ground (can't smoothly put ball in hole), replace bean bags so there are four of each. We had trouble starting the grill and couldn't get a response from Taylor about that. Taylor was helpful getting early check-in and arranging to have two dogs. The dogs loved the big yard! Pool was nice and warm, clean and big! Pool vacuum was startling (noisy), but small price to pay for clean pool. Fire pit was nice, especially on cooler evenings! Really nice to have the whole family together ❤️

Jeff was an incredible host. He responded quickly to any questions and inquiries. The property was so spacious and so clean. They had everything you could ask for. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. I highly recommend staying here for anyone wondering if they should book it, book it NOW!

Communication was prompt both before and during our stay. This home was perfect for our visit for our son's 30th- plenty of space for dining and sleeping. We loved the kitchen , game room, and outside space.Minor issues upon check in which were addressed as best as possible after prompt communication- 1. Swimming bathroom sink clogged up ( not fixed ) 2. Swimming pool vacuum not working ( worked once during the stay )3 propane tanks empty( replaced asap) 4 fire pit and gas grill had lighting issues- firepit was able to be lit but would not stay on consistently. 5. no swim accessories as stated- left our pool noodles for next guests 6. the corn hole game only had 7 very deteriorated bags and one board was broken. 7. hammocks were very worn one not able to be used due to hole.Though there were a lot of minor inconveniences the home and space were great. Devon was friendly and did what he could to render things.

This was the perfect spot for our trip. We were in town for our son’s wedding, and we needed a place for our family of six to stay, as well as to host a post-rehearsal gathering. The property was perfectly suited for both! Everything was as described. When we arrived late in the evening, there was one minor issue that I alerted management to. David responded immediately and the matter was resolved first thing the next morning. Great place for the price!

Our family had the best time staying here! The property was perfect for a family vacation—comfortable, cozy, and set up with every amenity you could think of. It really felt like everything was thought of ahead of time to make our stay easy and enjoyable.The property management team (Devin and David) was kind, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had. It really made a difference knowing we were being taken care of with such great hospitality.From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We left feeling grateful and already talking about when we can come back. This is definitely a place we’ll be keeping on our list to book again!

We had a great stay at Bluefield resort. The backyard was beautiful, great weather and nice to have the heated pool especially with a little one. Check in process was smooth and seamless and this property was close to Desert Ridge which had lots of great shopping, food, and entertainment. Communication with the property managers was excellent. We went for walks around the neighbourhood during the day and felt perfectly safe. Thanks for a great stay!

The communication was great before and during our stay. The house was very clean and the pool was an absolute treat for the whole family! We had rain and we were able to park in the garage which kept us dry while unloading and packing up. The location is central to all the fun activites we had planned (state fair, railroad park, Zoo, etc). We will absolutely be back for a long weekend trip in the future.

Awesome! Teens loved it! Wish the beds were slightly bigger and more comfy in bedrooms. Close to so many outings. Jeff and Taylor were easy to communicate with and property was just as listed!

We traveled to this property for my friends bachelorette party! Upon arriving, the house was clean and very spacious. We loved the outdoor area and all the game the property offered! The beds were super comfortable. The only downside was that it was quite a bit a away from the bars, so Ubers/Lyfts were a bit pricey. Otherwise we really enjoyed the house and felt like it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again 😊

The house is nice & larger than it looks from the outside. The surrounding area was not as nice as we thought but it was ok. The backyard is beautiful and you feel like you’re in paradise with a beautiful pool and palm trees atmosphere! We had a Great 4th of July with Family & Friends!

The property was a described and a great home base for our stay in the heat. Beds were memory foam and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The host is top notch and responsive to our requests. We would stay there again.

Had a great family vacation. It was our second time staying here and it was just as nice. The place was clean and has ample of space. Plenty of things to stay busy with the pool, corn hole, billiard table, and our favorite the shuffle board table. There were a couple minor issues when we first arrived but were taken addressed promptly. Communication was easy and quick. Check in & out were a breeze. The location was great. Very easy to get to plenty of restaurants and shopping quickly & easily. We will definitely consider staying a third time.

I am from Phoenix but live in CA now. Came back from the weekend to surprise my dad for his 70th. We had a handful of out of town folks staying at the house and hosted a small group on Sunday. The house was fantastic for hanging by the pool, loved the fire pit and all the places to congregate and appreciated the kitchen was actually properly stocked.
