Families w/ Pets Welcome! Poolside Gem in Phoenix

My family and I came down from Alabama for a graduation. We stayed at this house and it was great. Mr. Phil was very nice and if there was anything wrong, he made it right even if we told him that it wasnt a big deal. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Arizona, if they dont want to stay in a hotel.

Deep cleaning needed. Carpets had many stains. Outside tables and chairs covered in dust and dirt. Shortage of towels, hand towels and wash cloths for the number of guests. But the manager was great responding to that need along with More hair dryers and firewood. Drive way was great with enough parking space.

Very clean, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. Great communication with representative. Picture of pool shows hot rub connected but hot tub inoperative. Check in information said hot tub inoperative so not a surprise. Very well centrally located from Spring training baseball fields.

The location for our reasons were great and super close to the other family we had in town! We had 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 1-5) at the same house and we were able to keep everyone occupied and had enough room with the kids sharing rooms! The playground and fenced off pool were perfect for the kids to be able to play while the adults got things ready! The swingset could use a little TLC with some sharper screws becoming visible on the door underneath. We put the pool floats at the bottom of the slide and behind the ladder on the concrete if the kids were to fall. Minimal cleaning supplies there (no trash bags and nothing to clean counters with). There could have also been more towels. There were only about 2-3 towels per bathroom which wasn’t enough for everyone individually so we shared! Overall we had a really good stay and the place definitely met our needs.
