We stayed for spring break in 2023 and loved the property. Condo was very well taken care of and included lots of great touches, like apices, hand soap etc. The pool and hot tub were great and so was the pickle ball. We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing all the baby ducks and geese. Overall an excellent vacation.

Home was beautiful. You could tell that pretty much everything had recently been updated or replaced (one of the mattresses in the spare bedroom could use replacing). We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7 because many nights we got home late and sore from the day's adventures, and could still partake. Surrounding homes were quiet and peaceful (these are condos that are almost apartment style). Home was fully furnished with anything you could need, including floats for the pool, tennis rackets for the courts, linens, towels, etc. Wi-fi was a little slow and kept disconnecting, but for us, we had no pressing business so it was just a mild annoyance. If you travel a block away from the home, there are homeless everywhere. The neighborhood made us a little nervous (especially after seeing bars on the doors and windows of this VRBO), but there were none that we saw on property and they seemed to stay contained away from this property. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place highly, even with the homeless population so close.

This was a great condo for a three week vacation. It was one of the best stocked VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Along with complete kitchen utensils there was a full spice rack (saving buying spices for a few weeks stay), sufficient garbage bags and condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.) along with coffee and starting supply of toilet paper, etc. There were tennis rackets and balls (although my tennis days are past) and pool supplies.The beds were very comfortable and the patio overlooking the small lake was very relaxing.The keyless entry was great and had no problems finding the unit although the somewhat random numbering of parking spots caused some confusion until you locate your parking spot.The pictures on the listing are accurate. I would recommend this VRBO if you wish to visit the Phoenix area.

We spent over 2 weeks and had what we needed. Great beds. Good selection of stuff in kitchen to cook. Ice maker kept up. Hot tub perfect. Grill worked good. Location is convenient next to Highway 17. Parking convenient. Property was very quiet but for some ducks and geese on the lake. Walking path around lake nice. Deck area very roomy and screened. Tennis court was nice and the pool was heated. Laundry was nice and worked well. Owner very responsive.

We were in the area for a football game. The condo was very clean, with pretty much everything you could want or need. They had pods for the coffee maker, creamer, and also regular coffee. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean! The screened patio was very nice as well.

We really enjoyed our visit. The pictures were very accurate and the place was very clean. The hosts were great with information and very friendly. Heated pool in February was great for night swimming. Friendly neighbors as well. Thanks for the stay!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean, offered all essentials and even provided us with an early check in with our flight coming in early. It is in a nice neighborhood with access to a large size pool that was quiet and clean. We enjoyed walking around the lake and using the pool each day. Would recommend if traveling to Phoenix!

The instructions for parking/entering the condo were easy to follow and accurate. The place is lovely- obviously recently renovated and VERY well cared for. Plenty of needed supplies, coffee, spices, cleaning. The view of the lake from the deck is so calming. The lake was about 0.9 miles in one "lap" and because it is a keyed entry to go by the lake or any other amenities it all felt very safe/secure. Great stay.

The condo was beautifully decorated, updated, very clean and had additional comforts like luxury towels, comfortable beds, stocked coffee and toiletries. The screened in porch overlooked a cute little lake/pond surrounded by a sidewalk. This area was gated so we felt very safe walking/running in the mornings/evenings. Quiet community, but residents were friendly when we passed by. Would highly recommend for anyone, but especially families visiting GCU. We were close to the school but this property felt more like a vacation oasis.

This place is beautiful. It is up to date, clean, beautiful and the owners made us feel at home. The views from the patio are beautiful. The condo is roomy. We had 5 adults. The owners communicated well with us. We will def stay here again if we come back to Phoenix! Highly recommend. Can’t say enough positives about this place.

This property was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It was close to our daughters college for moving her out for the summer and all communication was very easy with the owner. The pool was close to the unit and the lake view was gorgeous and peaceful. Super clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we plan to make it an annual visit. It has great freeway access, is close to shopping and best of all is just minutes from my family’s home!😊. The community is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. The condo has been remodeled with top notch finishes and has everything you could possibly need!

The condo was great. Many special amenities were available. Very clean and overlooks the lake. Plenty of room for two couples. We were able to enjoy walking around the lake and watching the wildlife. Owners were very helpful in returning what we left bring. Would go back

I have stayed here for 3 years in a row now not only because it is close to my relatives home but because the community is a very quiet, clean and centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The interior of the condo has been beautifully updated and well furnished. It has always been very easy to book and communication with the owner has always been very timely and professional. I plan to continue to book this condo when I visit Arizona in the future

This property was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It was close to our daughters college for moving her out for the summer and all communication was very easy with the owner. The pool was close to the unit and the lake view was gorgeous and peaceful. Super clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully decorated with thoughful details. We had everything we needed. Excellent communication with hosts too! We definitely would like to visit again!

What an awesome place. Honesty top 3 I have stayed in and I stay in a lot of vacation rentals. I own two myself. Great communication extremely comfortable. Perfectly done!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It's a nice, quiet area and the condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The owners are awesome and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean, offered all essentials and even provided us with an early check in with our flight coming in early. It is in a nice neighborhood with access to a large size pool that was quiet and clean. We enjoyed walking around the lake and using the pool each day. Would recommend if traveling to Phoenix!

I do not have enough words to describe the stay. It was awesome and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Phoenix. The owners were awesome and very quick to respond to our needs. The place was clean and very comfortable, my family and enjoyed the screened porch with the view. One of the best vacation rentals that I’ve been in.

Home was beautiful. You could tell that pretty much everything had recently been updated or replaced (one of the mattresses in the spare bedroom could use replacing). We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7 because many nights we got home late and sore from the day's adventures, and could still partake. Surrounding homes were quiet and peaceful (these are condos that are almost apartment style). Home was fully furnished with anything you could need, including floats for the pool, tennis rackets for the courts, linens, towels, etc. Wi-fi was a little slow and kept disconnecting, but for us, we had no pressing business so it was just a mild annoyance. If you travel a block away from the home, there are homeless everywhere. The neighborhood made us a little nervous (especially after seeing bars on the doors and windows of this VRBO), but there were none that we saw on property and they seemed to stay contained away from this property. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place highly, even with the homeless population so close.

Very nice place with water view, ducks and geese and such. Nice to walk around pond for a little exercise. Location is near a lot of activities and within 25-30 minutes of sports/entertainment district

Nice condo ..well kept up and extremely well stocked . Comfortable and clean . Easy to find and not far from major highway . If you need to stay in North Phoenix this condo is a good option .

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we plan to make it an annual visit. It has great freeway access, is close to shopping and best of all is just minutes from my family’s home!😊. The community is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. The condo has been remodeled with top notch finishes and has everything you could possibly need!

Clean and spacious enough for the three groups of us to all have our own rooms. Master opens to large deck that is also accessed from the living area. Everything you need in the kitchen There are a variety of restaurants and nightlife nearby.

The instructions for parking/entering the condo were easy to follow and accurate. The place is lovely- obviously recently renovated and VERY well cared for. Plenty of needed supplies, coffee, spices, cleaning. The view of the lake from the deck is so calming. The lake was about 0.9 miles in one "lap" and because it is a keyed entry to go by the lake or any other amenities it all felt very safe/secure. Great stay.

We very much enjoyed the property. The neighborhood wasn't terrible but there were some homeless nearby. We would have very much preferred the deck to not be screened as the views and animals were extremely enjoyable to watch.

We had everything we needed! We love this property and the lake view. I enjoyed morning walks around the lake many times. There are plenty of dishes and silverware - enough to get at least 2-3 meals before needing to run the dishwasher. The property is about an 11-12 minute drive to GCU and there are lots of restaurants close by. The owner had plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher packets, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. that we had no need to make a special trip to the store for these items. As stated above, we had everything we needed! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Phoenix. Nice quiet location. We enjoyed the pool, the pickleball courts, the covered patio and walks around the lake. Was great to see tennis and pickle ball equipment in the unit. Would stay here again!

Host was responsive.Condo was perfect.Parking and only going up half a flight of stairs was nice.Couldn't ask for anything more. Loved the overall location. We'll be back!

The host, Mary, was great, she was welcoming and helpful answering any questions we had. The condo is very nice with comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, and everything we needed for a convenient stay. The condo has a screen porch overlooking the lake. There is a wide sidewalk that you can walk around the lake. The condo is centrally located just off I-17, which connects to the 101, 202, 303, I-10, and highway 60. We had a great stay, no problems, no surprises.
