Large 8 BDRM, AC, sleeps 22, pool, hot tub, pool table

The house was great for a large family of 21. Each family/couple got their own private bedroom. When we first got there, one of the bathrooms was locked - I think by accident - we were able to get it unlocked from the outside - which was a relief because I can't imagine 2 bathrooms for 21 people. My family is quite loud and we were concerned about the noise rules, however when we were in the basement, you couldn't hear them from outside. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool even though it was cold. The only downside - it's far from Vancouver. The drive is about 35 minutes with no traffic, but we experienced traffic most of the time we were there. There are great restaurant/stores near by for a quick bite.

Great place, terrible host. We abided by the quiet time rules and went inside by 10pm but he still found ways to kick us out. Untrustworthy host.

This was a great property for our large group! Host was very accommodating. Cleanliness was average - Just a few things all around the property when we arrived but otherwise suited us perfectly. Pool and Hottub were great - except a little over chlorinated! Thank you for the stay.
