Tiki Paradise w/Htd. Pool, Putt Grn. & Tiki Bar

We enjoyed our stay and this house was good to us and was in a pretty good location as far as proximity to all of the different things we wanted to do. The management company is probably the best and most responsive management company I've had when renting homes so kudos to them for sure. The house was good for the most part, but could use two specific areas of improvement to make it better (or at least change expectations ahead of arriving). The pool area has seen better days. The pool itself was nice and clean, but all of the posting about the Tiki bar and water features really doesn't live up to the listing. The water features for the pool don't work and the tiki bar is aged with a sink and lights that don't turn on. The pool also isn't heated which we knew about ahead of time so expected that. The furniture inside the house looks nice, but isn't the most comfortable and in some cases seems very cheap. The table in the kitchen is pretty flimsy and the brown swivel chairs in the main TV room are pretty odd and uncomfortable. The beds are comfortable so that's a plus and the master bathroom is really nice. The rest of the listing lived up to what we expected and made for an enjoyable trip. I'd return to use this management company again, but probably would find a different house due to the furniture and the pool area unless there were improvements in those two areas.

Overall this is a very spacious, centrally located house and worked well for 8 girls. Ric is extremely responsive and was very accommodating. The pictures are a little deceiving as the pool area could use some TLC (dead plants, updated furniture around pool) and there were a few wobbly pieces of furniture in the house. Beds were great and again management very responsive to all of our asks. Thanks!

The host was reasonable let me check out late n communication was on point I recommend anyone there I will rebook
