Pool Table, 5 Queen, Big Groups, 2min>MSU

Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again.

We had a few issues with our stay, but the host was very apologetic and was willing to correct the issues. I would definitely stay again because of that alone. The pool table was a hit, and I really liked that there was enough comfortable seating for the whole family, that seems to be a rare find in rental homes. Beds were decently comfortable, another rare find! Overall, its a great little house to hang in for the weekend. We are a family of 5 and it was comfortable for us. 10/10 would recommend

Very disappointed in this listing. The pictures do not match the actual condition of the property. Broken furniture, dirty carpets , broken cupboards and unsanitary bathrooms. Dirty towels left in bathrooms. Food on trash cans and stains on walls. One plus was proximity to University.

When we first drove up we we were a little surprised by the condition of the outside of the house. The siding is dirty, the paint is peeling, and the bushes are overgrown. However the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. We had a throughly pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and communication with the host was perfect. Thank you for a great weekend.

5 roommates from the class of 73 got together to visit MSU and each other. Plenty of room to visit and eat in the same rooms. Wonderful time. Thank you.
