Close to QSAC which suited our family. Very comfortable bedding. Very spacious home.

The cost of this property was more than expected - there are hidden payments that you dont get any option regarding. Listing says they accept cash, but they dont, and their payment system automatically adds approx 3% extra. it says deposit will be held but not deducted - it gets deducted and no recompense for the 3% returned. This property did not feel very clean - the carpets had stains all over them, as did the couch. There was old stinky rubbbish in the garage that had obviously been there for some time and rubbish over lawns that had just been mowed over. There are very minimal requirements provided in the kitchen. Shower wash/Shampoo was provided. Lots of missing lightbulbs - room with ensuite had none in it at all. The pool was great, as was the pool table room.

We went to Brisbane to work at the Convention Centre on a business trip. We chose this property to be close to the BCEC. NO INTERNET AT PROPERTY. Even though it states there was internet. All windows locked TV didn’t work. One room had no curtains Hot water was warm at best. Tried numerous times to contact owner.
