House/14 pax 30 minutes Barcelona - swimming pool

Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. No hot water for much of our stay. ‘Some’ issues were partly resolved once we chased up but overall was simple not satisfactory. VRBO need to review this property as it’s currently damaging the VRBO brand. Prev ious reviews have said similar and clearly no action has been taken. Pool was damaged around the edges and had clearly been repaired poorly previously. Numerous tiles missing in the pool. Water quality created a serious ear infection issue for my youngest son.

Beautiful big property with amazing outdoor space, gorgeous views and refreshing pool. Perfect for large family. We went during a heat wave and it was hot in the house due to no air conditioner but the manager purchased us new fans and we opened the windows and doors and it cooled down. Truly a gorgeous property. Kitchen had everything needed and manager was quick to respond to answer questions. Short drive to sights and restaurants. Area has a lot to offer and dining out was extremely inexpensive! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Un lugar maravilloso! La casa tenía todo lo necesario y pasamos un magnífico fin de semana entre amigos. El único bemol es que hubiéramos apreciado un poquito de leña. Muchas gracias!
