We came to visit our grandchildren for a few days and had a blast. The view is spectacular and the spa was fantastic. The host was was great. We had a small issue with a bathroom fixture and it was handled promptly. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kiddos and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Our family stayed here off and on while we were displaced due to a house fire, so this place truly became our home away from home during that time. The house was well stocked and had the most beautiful, peaceful scenery. There was no shortage of things for our kids to do between the water activities, hot tub, games, and coloring. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Absolutely recommend this place!!

We really just wanted a place to visit with each other. Kids enjoyed kayaking and hot tub as did one of adults. Loved the serene view and room it offered us as agroup. Very clean. Could have used a few more bath towels.

We LOVED our stay at the Rookery. I have family that own a place on Lake Lawrence and it was so fun to experience the lake from a different vantage point. The home was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. I absolutely loved looking out the huge windows and having a coffee on the porch in the mornings. This home is stocked with everything you need and so many fun toys as well for enjoying the lake! I would highly recommend the Rookery and would love to come back one day! :)
