Luxury Pagosa Home; Pet Friendly with Hot Tub

Great Property, very clean and the host team was very responsive. Very comfortable to sleep there Hot Tub was excellent! Different grill then was pictured smaller but we made it work and had a great time. Overall great experience!

The neighborhood is peaceful with great walking paths, very dog friendly. The property is nice with a very secure fenced yard. The grill didn’t work properly and should be replaced or at least a disclaimer that the starter is broken and it doesn’t stay lit. Also, to watch TV other than free content on Roku you have your own provider sign in. We didn’t bring that and a heads up would have been appreciated.

This was a great location and space for a family and pet gathering. It was conveniently located near town but away enough to be able to easily access hiking trails with the dogs. The manager was swift in responding to any concerns and got this resolved without delay.

We live in Denver and come through for my partners birthday. We took our dogs to enjoy a great getaway from the city. The town was super cute and the house was amazing, cozy and so very quiet. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. I am usually a nervous mom about my pups being out of my site. But they were safe and so happy. Would definitely come here again in the summer months
