Newly updated historic building. Great renovation, everything was new, super clean, well stocked, great location. Allowed our three well behaved dogs, much thanks! Had our kids up to 8 and 3 dogs hanging out and enough room. We will definitely look for again when we return.

Nice recently remodeled apartment. Looks just like the pictures. Parking was super convenient and the place had everything to make it feel like home. The only con for my family was the bathroom being very small. 3 females sharing one small bathroom was a bit challenging at times, but we made it work! We could hear every step from the apartment above us, but we didn’t let that bother us. We enjoyed the super soft beds and nice linens. This place had better appliances than any rental I’ve ever stayed in before! My only recommendation is more places to hang towels, jackets, and purses. Other than that, the place had everything! Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a 5 day stay in the apt! Check in was easy and the property was wonderful and extremely clean. Neighborhood very quiet and property owner had the apt. well stocked with everything you need. The location was close to the outlets, gaming and Trader's World! We had an issue with one of the TV's and we got to meet Dave who responsed promptly to our request. Dave and Dawn made sure we had a 5 Star experience!!! Offstreet Parking was a bonus! We highly recommend this property when visiting the area! Corliss & Ron - Ohio

My sister and I had a great time during our “walk down memory lane”, while in Monroe. We were there to visit with family and to see the spectacular Total Solar Eclipse. We were very comfortable staying in your immaculate condo. We found it to be well located, as well as very clean and well appointed. We would definitely book this property again.

We stayed here while attending the Western & Southern Open in Mason. We were there only for sleeping, but the home was perfect. Clean comfortable and convenient. Well stocked with towels. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wished to cook. Had dinner at the Thai restaurant 3 blocks away. Definitely would stay here again.

We were in town for a sports tournament and stumbled upon this amazing VRBO right near the sports complex. It was super convenient and also close to all the best food and entertainment spots. The VRBO had everything a family could ever need, no matter how long we were there. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and they made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

They have thought of everything in this unit. Unit is very nice, clean, comfortable, close to highway. Stayed here for Christmas in Ohio with family. Plenty of room for all them. Property manager was quick to reply when we had any questions and very helpful. We'll stay here again when we come into town to visit family. A++

Great rental with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We were in town for a soccer showcase at both Warren Co. and VOA soccer complexes so this location was perfect for us. Great rental with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We were in town for a soccer showcase at both Warren Co. and VOA soccer complexes so this location was perfect for us. We had a lovely 5 day stay here. Great amenities, updated kitchen and bath, new appliances, comfy furniture and bedding, fresh paint job: its a very well kept property. Included a fully stocked Keurig coffee station which was great for my caffeine-dependant spouse. Easy parking, convenient to interstate and major roads connecting nearby towns. There was no downside we can think of.

We stayed here while attending the Western & Southern Open in Mason. We were there only for sleeping, but the home was perfect. Clean comfortable and convenient. Well stocked with towels. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wished to cook. Had dinner at the Thai restaurant 3 blocks away. Definitely would stay here again.

My sister and I had a great time during our “walk down memory lane”, while in Monroe. We were there to visit with family and to see the spectacular Total Solar Eclipse. We were very comfortable staying in your immaculate condo. We found it to be well located, as well as very clean and well appointed. We would definitely book this property again.

This place was perfect for a quick girls weekend away with my dog. There was some noise from the second floor until late in the night, but not the hists fault and didnt impact the trip. You are told it is an apartment.

Very Comfortable and Very Clean, if you forgot something, they have it! Perfect for Family! Very Pet Friendly neighborhood. The Kitchen is Well Stocked! Everything you need to Cook, Serve, Eat, and then some. The Bathroom was Spotless! Very nice Towels! TV's in every room, Cable, Roku, or Stream your own Entertainment while relaxing on 2 Recliner Couches! Close to everything we wanted and needed. Tons of shopping and restaurants all within 10min. Will definitely be back!

Such a lovely home and pristine accommodations. We were happy that someone could accommodate our pack of pups and seemed genuinely happy to host us! Dawn is lovely and a joy to work with. There is green space down the road and the town is adorable. The location is safe and a nice place to walk. Don't hesitate to book if you are in the area!

This was a nice rental in the historic district of Monroe, which was beautiful. It was clean & well furnished. We stayed with our 2 teenage boys who also enjoyed staying there. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom was really nice with lots of towels. We could hear a lot from the upstairs unit which didn’t really bother us. The parking was convenient, the laundry was nice, and the place had everything we needed for our trip.
