We had a fabulous experience. The property perfectly met our needs for the grandkids and adults. The boys were so excited to sleep in the bunk beds and to have a tv in their room. The king bed was very comfortable -but the queen was a bit firmer than preferred. I would agree with a previous reviewer. The distance to the beach is a bit misleading. The entrance to the beach is a block and a half-but it takes a walk to actually get to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the whole family. Bring your own beach towels though. A cute little place was clean and comfortable.

The place was very clean. Amenities were good. Nice washer and dryer and outside shower. Refrigerator leaked and ruined some of our food in bottom drawers. Master bed was nice but other beds were very hard. It stated that it was a 1 1/2 block to beach but did not state that it was then a 3-4 block thru dunes then 2-3 blocks across beach to the ocean. Having older adults and infants this was a difficult walk.

The beds were very comfortable & the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was good & plenty of towels. Great host.

A few friends went for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was perfect for our group of 6. The owner was fantastic with communication and allowed us to have a later checkout. We would love to come back!

This quaint house was perfect for a weekend getaway with my daughter and our friends for a dance convention weekend! Loved the updates to the house. Only issue we had was with the heat but we figured it out with the help of the owner. Great place!
