Morning Dove, 2 bedroom farmhouse, on Seneca lake wine trail

The property is in a prime location for the one side of the Seneca (near Herman J. Weimer winery). The house is very clean and has everything to stay comfortably. Linger properties is very responsive and they check in regularly.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, bathroom was super spacious, plenty of room for our group of 5, the outdoor space was fantastic also, we had a fire pit and porch in back to relax outside! Joleen, our host, was also very responsive, helpful and kind! The door locks were very sturdy and we felt very safe here. We absolutely LOVED our stay! A few things to note: microwave is hiding in a cabinet, the AC works great on the first floor but the bedrooms don’t cool down as good, seems that there are limited vents upstairs, kept finding stink bugs in the bed room which happens everywhere but just FYI, bathroom door on main floor didn’t latch shut. We will definitely be back as we were all extremely happy with this place! My cousin couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We stayed at this property for our annual anniversary weekend. I have zero complaints. The house was cozy. We cooked a dinner and breakfasts in the kitchen. They had all cookware needed. The shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The fireplace in the living room and master bedroom was a great bonus!

Beautiful, well appointed home. Great location to visit many state parks for hiking. Very responsive host with attention to detail. Only complaint is the road noise can get loud at times; however white noise devices are provided.

The home and area was very nice and close to our favorite wineries. Satelite or cable TV would be better than Smart TV. Bluetooth in bathroom was an excellent touch. Bed was too hard for our liking. Traffic was loud and seemed busier than expected. Would prefer a recliner in the living room. Enjoyed the firepit and the porch. Overall we had an outstanding experience and would return.
