Overall the condo was fine. It was dated but appeared clean. The actual building was not the best we have stayed in there. Paying for a parking pass with no parking garage was not ideal.

We enjoyed the condo and the outside seating where you could see the beach and hear the waves. We spent a lot of time there. Obviously the white sand beach was wonderful and well kept. The pool was nice as well. The only downside was the bed in the master being too firm for our liking and too much lighting in the master due to the window facing the area by the elevators and no dark curtains to block it out. All other amenities were as outlined in the listing.

Need “blackout curtain” in bedroom! Other than that, we found bed comfortable, unit as listed, good location for riding to and through Gulf Park. Enjoyed hot tub. Suggest during Nov-Feb keep couple cheap beach chairs in unit for beach use if Nice enough to sit out.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The space was the perfect size for a couple. Everything was very clean. Easy access to the pool and to the beach. Check in process was smooth, even with coming in very late at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, great pools, loved the fact that there was no carpet in the unit. The only criticism we could come up with is the bed could have been more comfortable.

Lovely stay! Clean and beautifully decorated. Same as pictured. VERY COMFORTABLE KING SIZE BED.Walls are a little thin between units, could hear neighbors moving furniture, etc. Only a problem if you're a light sleeper. Kitchen dishwasher didn't work great & two of four stove burners didn't work at all, but not a big deal for us since we didn't do a lot of cooking during our stay. Notified mngmt of the repairs needed at the end of our stay. Overall, a great comfortable place for vacation!

Great condo for two! Prime spot and is the closest to the beach of any condo Ive seen. Literally right on it. Great set up inside. Probably time for a new king mattress, but wasn’t too bad. Would stay here again for a short stay for sure!

This property has all that you would want for a Vrbo stay. Gorgeous views, a full nicely equipped kitchen, and a fantastic location! If I had to find one criticism, it’s not even really a criticism just a comment, the bed is not super comfy. Other than that everything was 100% as advertised. Steps from the beach. White sand, blue ocean, beautiful sunrises, just incredible. Sights and Sounds of the ocean from your balcony. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend.

Everything was good except the dryer didn’t work right! I think the vent needed to be cleaned!? Pretty cheap on the one roll of toilet paper & paper towels provided! The bed was very firm for our taste! The view & beach were gorgeous!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick honeymoon trip and it was absolutely perfect! The location of this condo is the best. The bed was not very comfortable but it wasn’t a deal breaker to stay again! Thank you for helping us make some amazing memories together!!!

The condo was great--very nice furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, nice balcony, great location, very clean. The only thing I would note is that all the reviews about the bed are true--the mattress is VERY firm--I woke up sore in the mornings, which is not what you really want on vacation. I totally understand if the owners need a firm mattress--some people do--but a really easy fix would be to put a cushy mattress topper either on the bed or at least in the closet for guests to put on the bed if desired. Other than that, it's a great place and we enjoyed our stay!

Property listing was spot on. No surprises. Great location & beautiful views. Our only "issue" was a missing TV remote. I contacted the property manager & we had a remote delivered to us the next day. Certainly not a deal breaker! I would stay at this property again.

The condo was in a great location, but I don't think that the property manager or owner ever check the place. The washer didn't work right and the furnace made a strange noise. There are a few other quirks that need attention, but are not major problems. Overall I would probably stay again, if things were fixed.

We had a great time! Property was as advertised. Security present and we felt very safe. Our only bad experience was with the check in staff. The two individuals held their own conversation (about not liking their job) and moved VERY slowly even though there was a li ne of people waiting. The rest of the staff was awesome and extremely friendly! Location was great with several restaurants right across the street. I would definitely stay again!

The room was very nice, just as pictured. we struggled with the 8 digit code to enter the room, we would have preferred a key. We were contacted often about purchasing a parking pass, which we did, but then were not told where to get it. It took us a while to figure out

Property listing was spot on. No surprises. Great location & beautiful views. Our only "issue" was a missing TV remote. I contacted the property manager & we had a remote delivered to us the next day. Certainly not a deal breaker! I would stay at this property again.
