seeing the ocean kids loved the pools plenty of room for everyone needs new washer dryer dishwaser we did not use them

Stan's place was the best.Exactly as described on line. Clean, spacious, up-dated and super well stocked. Even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Views were beautiful, as was the beach and water. Pool and lazy river were great! I will be back!!

Our stay was overall good however there are some areas of improvement that could be made to make stay better. First, would be to get a smart TV for the main living area. The current is outdated and doesn't allow for streaming. Second would be to clean or replace the comforters for the bedroom with two beds. Third would be to improve WiFi services by upgrading or getting a mesh router. The condo was great and the location was awesome. All of the amenities were great except for the jacuzzi for 1 day (It got really dirty and had to be cleaned).

Location was excellent, amenities were perfect for our family. Condo was very clean. Adequate seating in common area. Kitchen very well stocked and linens were plentiful. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay - 4 adults and 5 kids - like we always do at Windy Hill Dunes. Stan’s condo was perfect for our group this time around. Very comfortable, furnished really nicely and stocked with helpful supplies. Super clean and well taken care of throughout. We had comfortable beds, a large living room we could all relax in and the view off the balcony is our absolute favorite place to relax. Thank you!

We had a great time on our vacation! Location was great. Condo was clean and ready for our stay and Stan was very organized and communicated all the information we needed for our trip.

Very nice unit! The condo had everything that we needed! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to fix all our meals. It would be nice to see a multi-tiered shoe tree at the front door to hold shoes and sandals. The only downside was that our check-in was delayed by 40 minutes due to extra cleaning.

This condo is the place to stay in Windy Hill Dunes. It has everything a renter needs other than food and drink. The view from the 15th floor is wonderful. The condo is very clean well decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable and linens are provided. The washer and dryer make it easy to keep everything clean. My friends and I were totally happy staying in 1506 and are planning to rent it again next year!

We had a great time! The condo was in an excellent location. It was well maintained and clean. We loved that all the kids could stay in the same room. Would stay here again!

Probably the cleanist VRBO we have stayed in. Plenty of room for all of us and appreciated that there were enough seats in the living room and dinning area for all 9 of us to sit. new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and bunk beds in the 4th bedroom were very comfortable according to my grand sons. I really didn't have much contact with Stan because everything was just the way it was supposed to be.

Overall our stay was good and we would book again, however, there are things that need to be updated that would make the property and future stays awesome. The first and major improvement needed is the main television in the living room. Its old and outdated. A smart TV would be great in this area to stream apps like Disney+ and Hulu or to hook up kids video games. The other improvements needed are newer towels and wash clothes. The bedroom with two beds needs new comforters or to have current bedding dry cleaned as it had food stains. The last area of improvement I would suggest is upgrading internet. The entire week during our stay the internet serviced would drop while streaming on the bedroom tvs. This prevented the kids from streaming there favorite shows on the days we could not be on the beach. Aside from these areas the our was good and we would book again.

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was near shopping and restaurants. This was the cleanest condo in which we have ever stayed. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The linens were nice and soft. Our only problem was there were 11 remotes to the television and DVD player in the living room. Being older ladies that are not electronic savvy, we were not able to use the television or watch movies. We did contact the owner but were still not able to figure things out. Maybe label only those devices that operate the television and player.

Everything was as listed! So many kitchen appliances and gadgets. We had 10 people and cooked a lot. Everything we needed, was available. Condo was clean on arrival and we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this unit. We had 10 people and it worked amazingly for us!

We loved our stay in this condo. We had 6 adults and 3 children and fit very comfortably. Plenty of seating in the living room and around the dining room table. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this unit.

View was great! Watched the Sunrise every morning from the balcony! Owner was very helpful and quick to respond! Inside of condo was also stunning! Beautiful brand new kitchen. Wish I could live there!!

I had a great week with my 2 sisters and we loved the condo. It was chilly in the afternoon/evening sitting on the shaded balcony but later in the season, that would be a welcome relief. And you can't beat the view!

I highly recommend this property! The photos almost do the condo justice. The balcony is actually more spacious than the photos show. The kitchen is better stocked than anywhere I have ever stayed. We had 6 adults and 1 child and were all very comfortable together in the living room. My daughters kept commenting on what a great unit it was that it was so very comfortable for all of us. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Their storage closet with chairs and toys was great.

The condo was the appropriate size for our family, needing 4 bedrooms and adequate seating in the living room and dining areas! With easy access getting in the room and storage area, nice not to need a key with so many coming and going to the condo! Really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was awesome! It was so nice not to have to take sheets and towels with us. All was provided and plenty of it. Thank you to the owners for replying so quickly when we needed help with the remotes and how to get local channels. We just want to thank you for allowing us to rent for the week. It was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo location on the second floor gave us excellent views of the ocean from the balcony. Everything was as expected and communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely recommend this rental.

The prooperty was in a great location, kitchen stocked well, easy to get in touch with owner, condo was clean and provided great seating in the living area. We will look forward to staying again.

The check in is so easy, the condo is furnished nicely. Triplets enjoyed their bedroom with bunk beds. We are a family of 4 generations and this condo met all of our needs. The owner is so easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for providing a great place for us to stay

Searching for the **right** place with a wide range of ages of our group (18-75) & age related mobility challenges we were delighted to have found this amazingly PERFECT configuration for our needs; breath-taking views, easy access to the beach, a few mins from Barefoot Landing, a closet FULL of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas - totally takes the 'beach day planning' worries out of the equation - all we had to do was HAVE FUN & we sure did! Breezes (ah hem, Windy Hill!) kept warm days comfortable on the beach & supported our shark tooth / sea shell hunting vices - as the hours slipped by like grains of soft, light tan sand through my flip-flops. Accessible bathrooms in parking area) Coffee on the balcony for sunrises made for a GREAT start to every day, but only to be topped by the stunning sunset views from the large window in the dining room that the online pictures cannot accurately show the phenomenal views of NMB from the comfort of the spacious living room or the over-sized dining room table & super comfortable chairs. The property owner was super flexible & accommodating to our needs, provided us info/insights that were needed & helped us to create the memories we'd hoped for, for our son's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. If I could, I'd offer up 10 STARS for the fantastic experience we enjoyed @ Windy Hill - thanks Stan for EVERYTHING!! Looking for a place to stay?
