We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a lovely home and it was so nice to cook some meals in this beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and had needed toiletries if anything was forgotten- nice touch. Great communication from provider with easy check in and out.! Would definitely stay here again!

Nicely updated and upgraded house with lots of thoughtful touches around the premises. Nearby playground with easy access is a tremendous plus. Looking forward to returning someday.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Check-in and Check-put were seamless, the property owner Ninna was very responsive and available for questions and the home was spotless, tastefully decorated and had what we needed for our short stay. It’s a shame we could not take advantage of the wonderful outdoor areas Ninna has set up but it WAS March in Chicago! PS the steamer was of great use pre-Wedding and we really appreciated the chocolates and coffee bar.

Check-in and Check-put were seamless, the property owner Ninna was very responsive and available for questions and the home was spotless, tastefully decorated and had what we needed for our short stay. It’s a shame we could not take advantage of the wonderful outdoor areas Ninna has set up but it WAS March in Chicago! Highly recommend staying at this family friendly property! It is a perfect house for groups, especially with kids. The backyard was so much fun for our 3 year old and the location is great- close to parks, playgrounds and downtown Geneva and St. Charles. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay in comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at your home was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with so many little details taken care of. This really made our stay a comfortable one. We enjoyed the deck, yard, fireplace, and shed. The spacious layout allowed for guests to move about as needed, but yet spend intimate time visiting. Ninna's communication and hospitality were excellent. We will certainly plan future trips around this home's availability and I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this house was amazing!!! So many details that made our stay perfect. The coffee bar, snacks, water and much more were above and beyond. Most places don’t look as good as the pictures but this place is even better, if that’s possible. Beautiful and very clean. The backyard fire pit and she shed is something you won’t find anywhere else. Ninna was very kind and the communication with her was excellent. Close to shopping and great restaurants. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay.
Everything about this house was amazing!!! So many details that made our stay perfect. The coffee bar, snacks, water and much more were above and beyond. We had a great stay no complaints. The house was clean and roomy. We were 2 families that fit comfortably. We had 3 kids under 10 who loved playing in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe I would definitely book again.

Ninna kept us informed throughout our stay. She responded quickly to all of our questions. Her home is very ean and organized. We stayed the week of halloween and the neighborhood was a sure show stopper. We were located near everything with easy access to interstates. Our stay was wonderful, fun, and Ninna was super. Would definately stay again.

This was a perfect home for 5 women on a girl trip to Geneva. Location was close to many activities. The home was immaculate with more amenities than we had ever seen. We had a great extended stay at this property in Geneva. A great location! Five minutes from excellent restaurants, nature walks and the park directly behind the house was enjoyed by our grandchildren. There was a minor maintenance issue during our stay and the owner was all over it and resolved it quickly. We would definately stay here again!

Highly recommend staying at this family friendly property! It is a perfect house for groups, especially with kids. The backyard was so much fun for our 3 year old and the location is great- close to parks, playgrounds and downtown Geneva and St. Charles. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay in comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was located in a very nice neighborhood and close to some cute downtown areas. Super clean which is what we always want. This was one of the cleanest houses we have every rented. Thank you for that. Plus it had basic things there that you might need.

We love coming to Geneva to visit family. This location was perfect and so close to downtown Geneva. Ninna was so gracious and made sure we had everything.

We had a great stay no complaints. The house was clean and roomy. We were 2 families that fit comfortably. We had 3 kids under 10 who loved playing in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe I would definitely book again.

My family of 4 (two young boys) were very comfortable in our week long stay here. There is a park RIGHT behind the property and the home is in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a great time and we will be back!

We had a great extended stay at this property in Geneva. A great location! Five minutes from excellent restaurants, nature walks and the park directly behind the house was enjoyed by our grandchildren. There was a minor maintenance issue during our stay and the owner was all over it and resolved it quickly. We would definately stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a lovely home and it was so nice to cook some meals in this beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and had needed toiletries if anything was forgotten- nice touch. Great communication from provider with easy check in and out.! Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Check-in and Check-put were seamless, the property owner Ninna was very responsive and available for questions and the home was spotless, tastefully decorated and had what we needed for our short stay. It’s a shame we could not take advantage of the wonderful outdoor areas Ninna has set up but it WAS March in Chicago! PS the steamer was of great use pre-Wedding and we really appreciated the chocolates and coffee bar.

Everything about this house was amazing!!! So many details that made our stay perfect. The coffee bar, snacks, water and much more were above and beyond. Most places don’t look as good as the pictures but this place is even better, if that’s possible. Beautiful and very clean. The backyard fire pit and she shed is something you won’t find anywhere else. Ninna was very kind and the communication with her was excellent. Close to shopping and great restaurants. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It had everything we needed and the host was wonderful with checking in and communication. The master had bath robes for a nice touch, along with homemade cookies and snacks. Would stay again.

My friend, two adult daughters, and three grandchildren stayed for a couple nights. We were visiting family in the area. This is the cleanest VRBO I have stayed at to date. It was well stocked too. There are some nice welcoming touches too. We didn't spend much time just hanging there, but I will definitely stay again when I am in the area. I'd love to use the firepit, deck or playhouse. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We walked to the playground for a bit too.

Ninna kept us informed throughout our stay. She responded quickly to all of our questions. Her home is very ean and organized. We stayed the week of halloween and the neighborhood was a sure show stopper. We were located near everything with easy access to interstates. Our stay was wonderful, fun, and Ninna was super. Would definately stay again.
