My husband and I enjoyed a 5 day stay in this incredible location. The house is beautifully decorated with soft beach tones throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed and the appliances are high end. There are bold ocean views from every room. Bedrooms and baths are huge and immaculate. It was so soothing to listen to the crashing of the waves while dozing off to sleep. It's an easy walk to Long Sands Beach. Everything was perfect! We hope to return soon!

The house was very clean, very new and very comfortable.My elderly mother used the Murphy bed on the first floor which was very comfortable. The master on the second floor is very spacious. So is the master on the 3rd floor. There is also an additional bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the back of the house.The views from all 3 floors are amazing. The gas fireplace was great to take the chill off at night in May.There is plenty of seating at the table and lots of chairs on the lawn for ocean viewing. The walk to the beach is short. Check the tide schedule as most of the sand disappears at high tide.I highly recommend this house.

The house is beautiful and everything you need is at hand. Ample parking for four cars, Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and beds and furnishings were very nice. Owner was very responsive when we had questions regarding trash removal. A huge selection of dishes, silver etc. Will be back again!! Thank you Olivia and Patrick

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this house! The views are breathtaking in the private backyard, with plenty of seating for all. The 5 minute walk to the beach was totally accurate and easy to carry all we wanted to take (toys, chairs, umbrellas, balls....etc.) for 5 children ranging from 3 years old to 9. Tide pools on one end of the beach kept the kids entertained with fun sand castle building. The weather was perfect for us the last 3 days. The first two days were cloudy and cool....but we were walking distance to town and a playground. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. It was all we wanted for fun in the day and adult game time at night when the kids were in bed. Olivia (our contact person) was wonderful, responsive and helpful! All in all, we would definitely go back here.

Property has beautiful location/view, was super convenient to town and Long Sands Beach, and had all the amenities we needed. Our time there was magical, with several days of gray and fog (still amazing views and beach walks) and several days of brilliant blue skies.

What a beautiful house! It was stocked with everything that we need and the views were breathtaking! Can't wait to return! The only advise that we would give the owners is to trim the flowering hedges in the yard more frequently so that we can see the view while sitting outside in your wonderful Adirondack chairs. Thanks for everything!

From the moment we walked in we knew the stay would be perfect. The views are magnificent. The downstairs with high ceilings gave open feeling fireplace was comforting. The kitchen was stocked with quality appliances and dish ware. We loved all the bathrooms and very large bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Owner provides all the information to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Will always come back to this property when visiting Maine.

We enjoyed stay but wished we could of stayed longer. The views, from the home, are so beautiful. Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed.

The house provided beautiful ocean views and was well appointed! The house was immaculate and was super comfy for our 8 group of friends! Everything was perfect and it exceeded our expectations- highly recommend renting this property! Olivia and Patrick were so responsive to any of our questions!! Love York Beach and this rental!!

The house and location are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all nice but the two ocean facing rooms are fantastic. They are huge, all windows, and well appointed. Although there is no direct access to the beach, the walk down the hill is short and well worth it. The beach is lovely and has incredible sunrise views. I would have booked again for next year if there was availability!

Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The bedrooms are all large and have an en-suite, which gave us privacy, while the open common space provided the perfect set up for us to gather and socialize. The location is convenient to the beach and lighthouse, which allowed us to take daily walks. The view from the house is stunning! We would definitely stay here again.

We rented the house for a family reunion. It was a perfect location because we had gone to York for vacation every summer growing up. The house it so beautiful with amazing views of Long Sands Beach. The location kept us motivated to walk to the Nubble Lighthouse and the beach every day! We also enjoyed a delicious lobster bake in the backyard overlooking the ocean. We had a couple of issues checking in but Olivia took care of them right away and was very accessible and professional. We will definitely be back!

Olivia was a responsive host of this beautiful beach front property. My family I enjoyed our time. It was well maintained, spacious and close to local attractions/restaurants (and of course the beach). 10/10 recommend

Let me begin by stating that Olivia is amazing. We had women journeying from a variety of locations and she provided us with additional parking for all our vehicles. She was not only on top of everything but also had a great sense of humor which I loved! The house was incredible and the view was spectacular! We all gathered to celebrate friendship and spent many hours in front of the fire talking and catching up. I recommend it highly for any group of women looking to do the same in the future. We can't wait to come back next year and we will! Thank you for an amazing stay! Jen

Last week, we were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home for what turned out to be our most peaceful February vacation ever. We have traveled to Maine many times and have always had wonderful vacations but never in a setting as spectacular as this. Being here in the off season, you can fully enjoy the beauty of the ocean views (from every window) without the traffic and crowds in the way. We have such busy schedules, and this home allowed us chance to relax and spend such a wonderful time with our children. Lots of puzzles, monopoly games, walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets and day trips to Kittery and York (which were so close by!). It was very hard to leave. The hosts were fabulous. They reached out prior to our vacation and gave us all the information/details we needed for the trip. They answered our questions right away. Very easy check in- the house was spotless, had everything we needed (and more)-absolute perfection! We are already planning to come back next year!

This is our second year staying in this home and it has become a truly special place for our family. Coming here in the winter months after the craziness of the holidays, school and sports was exactly what our family needed for the week. The house is perfect in every way- you will not need to bring a thing. The views of the ocean and the sound of the waves make every minute worth it. We enjoyed quiet time at home, day trips to Kittery and Portland (easy drives), walks on the beach and a quick walk to a local brewery! The hosts get a 10/10 for communication and responsiveness- they make sure your stay is perfect. We already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home overlooking the ocean in York Maine. The house is as it appears in pictures and is well appointed with kitchen gadgets, etc. The location is ideal with a quick walk to the beach and to local restaurants and sites. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

The house was very clean, very new and very comfortable.My elderly mother used the Murphy bed on the first floor which was very comfortable. The master on the second floor is very spacious. So is the master on the 3rd floor. There is also an additional bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the back of the house.The views from all 3 floors are amazing. The gas fireplace was great to take the chill off at night in May.There is plenty of seating at the table and lots of chairs on the lawn for ocean viewing. The walk to the beach is short. Check the tide schedule as most of the sand disappears at high tide.I highly recommend this house.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this house! The views are breathtaking in the private backyard, with plenty of seating for all. The 5 minute walk to the beach was totally accurate and easy to carry all we wanted to take (toys, chairs, umbrellas, balls....etc.) for 5 children ranging from 3 years old to 9. Tide pools on one end of the beach kept the kids entertained with fun sand castle building. The weather was perfect for us the last 3 days. The first two days were cloudy and cool....but we were walking distance to town and a playground. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. It was all we wanted for fun in the day and adult game time at night when the kids were in bed. Olivia (our contact person) was wonderful, responsive and helpful! All in all, we would definitely go back here.

The house and location are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all nice but the two ocean facing rooms are fantastic. They are huge, all windows, and well appointed. Although there is no direct access to the beach, the walk down the hill is short and well worth it. The beach is lovely and has incredible sunrise views. I would have booked again for next year if there was availability!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The accommodations and location are great and the view is spectacular. It is a very short walk to either short sands or long sands beaches Or you can just stay at the house and enjoy the sweeping beautiful views of the ocean and log sands beach. The house is up to date and very clean with plenty of room for a large family group. We will certainly be back in the future.

Property has beautiful location/view, was super convenient to town and Long Sands Beach, and had all the amenities we needed. Our time there was magical, with several days of gray and fog (still amazing views and beach walks) and several days of brilliant blue skies.

This beautiful home was the perfect location for my family to stay for my son's wedding in the area. Plenty of room for us to enjoy the downtime between events. The view and location were stunning. Such a beautiful home and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. Thank you!!

Our family had a great visit. Everyone had a comfortable room and the common space worked out well for brunch, dinners, movies, games, and gazing out at the ocean. Location is ideal, with restaurants and supermarket 10 mins away.

This was our second stay at this property and third stay with these hosts--and it was just as lovely as ever! We love this house immensely. This time, there was abundant snow and was a winter wonderland ... in the best possible way! The hosts are amazing, the house is cozy and has everything you can need, and the views simply cannot be beaten. We will be back next year!

Simply the best! This is our 3rd year staying at this beautiful home and we cannot wait to return next year. Olivia and Patrick are the most responsive and wonderful hosts we have ever worked with. Their house has everything you could possibly need- including breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day! A perfect vacation to wind down with our kids and so much to do-even in the winter-with quick little adventures to Portsmouth, Portland and Kittery. Top it off with fresh lobster cooked to order down the street, a brewery within walking distance and miles of beautiful beach to walk every day. Good for the soul!
