This is a great place to stay! The condo was perfect, everything we needed! Lovely deck looking out to the lake and mountains, walkable to trails, downtown, craft breweries, beach and restaurants. The condo is over a Japanese restaurant (fantastic food) and we never heard any noise from the restaurant below at all. Quiet street, no traffic noise. Stairs to get into the condo were wide with railings on both sides so for someone with some limitations it was perfect. Nice to have laundry available as well. I would recommend 100% and definitely go again if in the area. Brook was a great host and has the arriving and leaving easy peasy! Definitely a five star!

Brook was so accommodating to our family, excellent communication. location is right by the beach and in heart of town where everywhere was walkable. Good secure safe property and parkingAC worked well, bed was comfortable, place was spotlessly cleaned. Would love to stay here again if we return to Penticton!

This place is nearly brand new. It has a roomy living area. We stayed for Ironman Canada and it was so close to the race venue. Also great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Parking spot in the building, just wish it had EV charging, but Tesla supercharger is 1.4k away. Host was very responsive. Had a great patio space for dining with a view of the lake. Worked out great for us.

Location was excellent, particularly as we didn’t have a vehicle. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to beach and shops/restaurants. Apartment was very well appointed, bed was so comfortable and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony.

Above all Brook was by far the most communicative and helpful person we have ever dealt with at VRBO.We found the location to be ideal for walking near the lake as you can easily access the east walkway which is quieter and actually more pleasant than the usually busy walkway west of Winnipeg St. And of course closer to Main st. with easier access to Naramada.The space is quite surprising at 800 sq ft providing an open and delightful kitchen/dining /entertainment area.Great stay.

Conveniently located in a great area close to amenities with a beautiful lake and walking paths. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and more than helpful with any questions we may have had. The balcony was another great addition. The perfect place to enjoy Penticton! Our family of three booked this wonderful apartment for a 4 day stay and it was even better than we imagined. Incredible location right off the lake with everything outside your door. Host Brook was helpful and incredibly fast to respond to any question. The place is set up with everything you need from beach towels to bath products. We've already booked next year's stay. Thanks, Brook!

Incredible location right off the lake with everything outside your door. Host Brook was helpful and incredibly fast to respond to any question. The place is set up with everything you need from beach towels to bath products. We've already booked next year's stay. Thanks, Brook!

Loved the location close to the beach. The unit was clean and had all the extra's one would need. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this unit!

Brooke an amazing host and the spot was awesome. We were here in off season, so I can imagine summer would be even better. Everything is walkable/bikeable. Tonnes of delicious restaurants near by and wineries near by.

This is a great place to stay! The condo was perfect, everything we needed! Lovely deck looking out to the lake and mountains, walkable to trails, downtown, craft breweries, beach and restaurants. The condo is over a Japanese restaurant (fantastic food) and we never heard any noise from the restaurant below at all. Quiet street, no traffic noise. Stairs to get into the condo were wide with railings on both sides so for someone with some limitations it was perfect. Nice to have laundry available as well. I would recommend 100% and definitely go again if in the area. Brook was a great host and has the arriving and leaving easy peasy! Definitely a five star!

The Air B&B was very clean and had almost everything you want. Brook was Amazing. answered all our questions. had gave some some great tips for the area. Great Japanese Restaurant KOYA was right below the place. would recommend staying here again anytime.

Great location and well equipped unit. We really enjoyed are stay. The unit was quiet despite being on a fairly busy street. There is conversation from the restaurant on the ground floor but it was not bothersome. There is only one HVAC unit in the living room. The bedroom has a fan. We were staying there in mid September and it was not super hot. We would stay again

This little gem near the lake was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the farmers market, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop. The condo was clean and comfortable. And also a very secure property.

Location was excellent, particularly as we didn’t have a vehicle. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to beach and shops/restaurants. Apartment was very well appointed, bed was so comfortable and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo located steps away from the beach and a short walk to many amenities. Local restaurants and brew houses are also a jump skip and a hop down the road and can actually be seen from this condos beautiful deck were we spent much of our time. Brook was a breeze to deal with. We will be booking this condo again!

This place is nearly brand new. It has a roomy living area. We stayed for Ironman Canada and it was so close to the race venue. Also great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Parking spot in the building, just wish it had EV charging, but Tesla supercharger is 1.4k away. Host was very responsive. Had a great patio space for dining with a view of the lake. Worked out great for us.

Conveniently located in a great area close to amenities with a beautiful lake and walking paths. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and more than helpful with any questions we may have had. The balcony was another great addition. This location will be our first choice the next time we visit.

We had a glorious stay here. Sitting on the balcony catching the ocean breeze was just amazing. The place was perfect and oh my the location would be really hard to beat!
