We were a group of 4 parents visiting our new Gators for the weekend. The house is very cute and worked well for us. Our kids were able to join us for dinner and the backyard made for a nice place to hang out and catch up. It is conveniently located close to campus, the neighborhood is in transition, so there are neglected homes mixed with homes that have been renovated. Overall a great option when staying in Gainesville.

We stayed for 3 nights during our gator’s graduation. Host thought of everything- bathrobes in each bedroom, flowers in kitchen. Only suggestion would be a booklet listing house info- WiFi listing, garbage etc- instead of proving that info in a link that our college kid helped us download- lol! Lovely home and great stay.

The Peach House is super cute, clean and newly remodeled. The location to downtown is convenient and Parking on the street was not an issue for two vehicles (our trucks would not fit in the small driveway.). It is in a gentrification neighborhood which I why I gave the location 4 Stars. Otherwise,everything else about it was great.

Stayed at the Peach House while my husband was having surgery at Shands, it was the perfect retreat after visiting hours ended. It was clean, I loved the front porch and back yard space. The neighbors were giving away free mangoes. We had a lovely stay where the family could relax.

My husband and I stayed at the Peach House for a week while visiting our daughter. This is a lovely property, extremely clean and comfortable and within walking distance to town. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house welcoming and pleasant. Very well stocked kitchen and nice back yard. The front porch is a great place to relax with morning coffee or a glass of wine. The house is very well appointed -- we found everything we needed. Lots of great closet space and 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath was a great convenience. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Gainesville.

Very nice property . Extremely clean . Well equipped. The only recommendations are to improve the gravel parking and stepping stones leading to the entrance. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

We stayed at the “Peach house” for the gator FB opening game with another couple. Our stay was fantastic. We each had our own separate bedroom and bathroom, yet so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The house was clean and updated and Jennifer was great to work with. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people when visiting Gainesville. The Peach House is in an older neighborhood, but it’s very clean and modern - and in walking distance to downtown (about a mile). Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The place is rare combo of bungalow yet surprisingly huge inside, and very clean - has everything and makes you feel like bragging to everyone else staying in hotels how much smarter than them you are !

Visited for the weekend from Cincinnati with my daughter and niece, both of whom had a campus tour at UF on Fri. We all loved the Peach house! It was very clean and well decorated! The host provided clear instructions; and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary local coffee, which was delicious! We also enjoyed the local grocery store, Ward’s, which had an outstanding selection of fresh produce and craft beer. Given how much the girls loved UF, I may be reserving the Peach house again!

The overall experience was excellent. Very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Close to shopping and excellent restaurants as well. The location to Shands Heart and Vascular Hospital was very convenient. Jennifer was very prompt with communication. I had to extend my reservation and she made the process very easy. Highly recommend this property.

The host was very helpful and responsive. Had no issues with our 3 nights stay. Good location if wanting close to downtown and campus. Few shady houses in the neighborhood but was still very quiet and safe. Helps that the police station is just around corner 😁. Will stay there again when in town!

Jennifer’s home was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Loved the furniture. She was very easy to communicate with, and accommodated our rental adjustment before the trip. Highly recommend the peach house!

The house is a short approx half mile to downtown. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and events in town. Second time staying here and would def stay again. The house is cozy, well appointed, comfortable.

The house was charming..very clean. Great location. Walkable to UF campus (long walk but doable) and easy walk to downtown. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Neighborhood is up and coming...some homes in the area are dilapidated but many are being renovated. I felt safe. Wish ckeck in was a bit earlier and checkout was a bit later (3pm and 11 am) similar to hotels. But with that being said...i would stay again. You will ne first look on my next trip to Gainesville.

I wanted to thank you for a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of — I really appreciated it.Unfortunately, I did have one issue on the last night of my stay. Around 10 p.m., a neighbor across the street named Keith knocked on the door asking for money. This was unsettling and disrupted my night, especially since I get up at 4:30 a.m. for work. I wanted to thank you for a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of — I really appreciated it.Unfortunately, I did have one issue on the last night of my stay. Around 10 p.m., a neighbor across the street named Keith knocked on the door asking for money. This was unsettling and disrupted my night, especially since I get up at 4:30 a.m. for work. This is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people when visiting Gainesville. The Peach House is in an older neighborhood, but it’s very clean and modern - and in walking distance to downtown (about a mile). Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely stay here again!

such a nice place, so close to downtown and campus in an old florida neighborhood with wonderful trees. The place is rare combo of bungalow yet surprisingly huge inside, and very clean - has everything and makes you feel like bragging to everyone else staying in hotels how much smarter than them you are !

The overall experience was excellent. Very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Close to shopping and excellent restaurants as well. The location to Shands Heart and Vascular Hospital was very convenient. Jennifer was very prompt with communication. I had to extend my reservation and she made the process very easy. Highly recommend this property.

Very cute little house in Gainesville. We were visiting our student at UF. Nice quiet location but close to everything; we were able to walk to restaurants downtown and also to the university easily. It was convenient but off the beaten path.

My husband and I stayed at the Peach House for a week while visiting our daughter. This is a lovely property, extremely clean and comfortable and within walking distance to town. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house welcoming and pleasant. Very well stocked kitchen and nice back yard. The front porch is a great place to relax with morning coffee or a glass of wine. The house is very well appointed -- we found everything we needed. Lots of great closet space and 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath was a great convenience. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Gainesville.

Visited for the weekend from Cincinnati with my daughter and niece, both of whom had a campus tour at UF on Fri. We all loved the Peach house! It was very clean and well decorated! The host provided clear instructions; and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary local coffee, which was delicious! We also enjoyed the local grocery store, Ward’s, which had an outstanding selection of fresh produce and craft beer. Given how much the girls loved UF, I may be reserving the Peach house again!

We came down to visit our son at UF and found this gem. It was conveniently located to everything. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The beds were very comfortable too! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house, very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely do it again. Host communication was great. If you go make sure to hit Flat Fish Donuts which is a short walk down 3rd Street, you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern and bright. Jennifer was fantastic throughout the process and communicated with us and responded to our inquiries immediately. Very convenient to all things UF. We will definitely stay again. Much better than the numerous hotels we have stayed at in the area.
