We stayed at Lexington House for 7 days. The property is very clean, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. It is an easy stroll into Bowness for shopping and restaurants. There is ample parking for several cars in the courtyard. Each of the three bedrooms is ensuite which is handy. The only con was the dining area which required a bit of gymnastics to get around the table. In general, a lovely stay and excellent hosts.

Very difficult to fault. Excellent communications before and during stay, property was described to perfection.Great location, the hill up to the property was a little steep when walking but nothing unexpected and was good exercise. Outside seating area was very pleasant and ample parking at the front.

Ticked every box and more for us as a family of four with two young adults. The house is immaculate as described and ideally located. We really enjoyed our stay in Bowness and would certainly return again to this house. Really friendly team welcomed us and on departure.
