I've been looking for a getaway for our family where we could just escape the world and be together. This home has been the perfect place for that. Our kids, aged 10, 6, and 3, loved exploring the property. We spent time down by the stream, and they loved playing games on the grass. We used the pool every day and loved that we could adjust the temperature to our liking. The owners thought of lots of extra touches, like pool towels by the pool, board games, music books for the piano, and a coffee maker with Keurig pods. There were also a ton of kitchen devices, so we could cook to our heart's delight. The owners of this property were so responsive, and it's clear they've put a lot of love into creating a home away from home for families like ours. We can't wait to return!

Property and location are fabulous. The property is well decorated and extremely comfortable. Home has an open concept and was perfect for our family of 4. My 9-year-old twins enjoyed the pool. It is like a huge hot tub, so we enjoyed soaking at our desired temperature. The creek off on the property was the highlight for my sons and husband. They enjoyed walking there every day and sitting on the rocks. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure everything was well arranged. We were impressed and plan to book again in the future.

Our families loved this place. Owners have taken pride in the place and ensured it has everything you need. Pool was really great after a long and the ability to up the temp was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the rushing water on property and would have no issue returning.

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I traveled with our two adult boys and one of the boys girlfriend. The property was so private but only 30 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. It made a great home base. We really enjoyed the property. We hiked the trails there, played in the creek, soaked in the pool, made breakfast and lunches, played the piano (family are musicians and brought their guitars) and roasted marshmallows in the fire-pit. The place was very clean and kitchen well stocked. This was one of our favorite places that we have stayed in.

This property does not disappoint. The home is beautiful and well-equipped with all you could need in a vacation property. The owners were fabulous to work with and extended our stay when we could not arrive on the original arrival date. The property is gorgeous with a creek that runs in front of the house. We had an incredibly relaxed and pleasant stay in Jason's unique accommodation. The house was super clean and everything you needed or could have needed was there. The complex is a dream and the immediate proximity to the completely private river is unique (beware of the copperheads ;-))! The air conditioning provided a pleasant balance in the sometimes extremely warm temperatures now in July, the fly screens everywhere protect against everything that flies and crawls. We will miss the geckos that live on the terrace and entertained us at breakfast, as well as the unique pool that makes a bathing experience possible even when it rains. Jason was available at all times and helped and supported us with everything, thank you very much for that! We definitely recommend this complex and would love to come back!

This home is beautiful and very cozy. We loved hearing the water from the porch. We were able to walk down and "sit a spell" by the creek and enjoy such beautiful nature. The heated indoor swimming pool was great!!! The piano was a fun blessing since I play almost every day at home. The kitchen is well stocked. The landscape is gorgeous. The house is very clean! One of our favorite bonuses was getting to see the baby birds by the garage take first flight. This was a beautiful, much needed vacation for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is clean, spacious and well maintained, and the grounds are stunning. Our children had fun exploring and playing on the rocks in the creek, and the indoor pool/hot tub was perfect in the evenings and during an afternoon rain shower. We highly recommend and hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the middle of nature. The home was well-appointed, clean, cozy, and had all necessary amenities. Additionally, the indoor heated pool, the multiple outdoor sitting areas, two fire pits, proximity near the flowing water and wooded trails made our trip absolutely spectacular! The photos online do not do the place justice as the property is just stunning in person! YOU MUST SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. Tucked away, off the road, so you have complete privacy from neighbors. Having coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings, while listening to the rushing creek was a highlight! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool (keep in mind it is small, but still fun for little ones), fire pit for s’mores, putting together puzzles in the cabinet, and movie nights in the large living room. The kitchen is spacious and full of dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. You do need to make sure to bring your own cooking oils and spices. There’s no toaster (that we could find), but there is a toaster oven. We enjoyed being able to pull directly in the garage to load/unload our things each day. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Helen, which we made once per day to do activities. There’s so many fun things to do in the area! (Also, the owner is super responsive and was extremely helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the first day).

My husband and I came here with my mother for some much needed rest and relaxation. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed from April 29th until May 4th and the only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. We plan to make this a yearly trip. We all hated to leave. Jason was a wonderful host and the cabin was immaculate when we checked in.

Oh my goodness, I could not say enough about this beautiful house and property!!! The house looks like it was from an HGTV show. It is so beautifully decorated and very clean. Then there is the property it sits on, which is just beyond tranquil. It was me, my husband and two kids (ages 16 and 11), we all loved our time here. The kids loved the indoor pool and playing in the creek. My daughter didn’t want to leave. Lol. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

My family and I loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, as it was tucked away but not too far away from family activities. We would have been content just hanging out at the house and creek, but the kids wanted to check out downtown Helen. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. You can tell that this place is well loved. We definitely plan on staying again.

This home and property is absolutely beautiful! Your search is over if you are looking for a place to stay in GA. The home was perfect - clean, fresh, comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home! The property is huge, with an amazing creek just steps behind the house. The pictures really don't do justice on how amazing this home is. Helen GA is a nearby town that is really unique and fun, with a mountain coaster that is awesome. Jason was an amazing host that was very kind and informative. We hope to come back in the near future. Stay here, you will not regret it!

Solidly-built, immaculately clean, no detail spared in sensible quality and livability. The photos really don't do this space justice. Nothing over the top extravagant, gaudy or showy. The stay was relaxing and so comfortable. Everything was as pictured. The house was clean and very well stocked. We had anything that we needed. The visit was so serene and we can't wait to come back and stay again but perhaps in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors. Thanks.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. Tucked away, off the road, so you have complete privacy from neighbors. Having coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings, while listening to the rushing creek was a highlight! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool (keep in mind it is small, but still fun for little ones), fire pit for s’mores, putting together puzzles in the cabinet, and movie nights in the large living room. The kitchen is spacious and full of dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. You do need to make sure to bring your own cooking oils and spices. There’s no toaster (that we could find), but there is a toaster oven. We enjoyed being able to pull directly in the garage to load/unload our things each day. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Helen, which we made once per day to do activities. There’s so many fun things to do in the area! (Also, the owner is super responsive and was extremely helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the first day).

My family and I loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, as it was tucked away but not too far away from family activities. We would have been content just hanging out at the house and creek, but the kids wanted to check out downtown Helen. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. You can tell that this place is well loved. We definitely plan on staying again.

I've been looking for a getaway for our family where we could just escape the world and be together. This home has been the perfect place for that. Our kids, aged 10, 6, and 3, loved exploring the property. We spent time down by the stream, and they loved playing games on the grass. We used the pool every day and loved that we could adjust the temperature to our liking. The owners thought of lots of extra touches, like pool towels by the pool, board games, music books for the piano, and a coffee maker with Keurig pods. There were also a ton of kitchen devices, so we could cook to our heart's delight. The owners of this property were so responsive, and it's clear they've put a lot of love into creating a home away from home for families like ours. We can't wait to return!

Property and location are fabulous. The property is well decorated and extremely comfortable. Home has an open concept and was perfect for our family of 4. My 9-year-old twins enjoyed the pool. It is like a huge hot tub, so we enjoyed soaking at our desired temperature. The creek off on the property was the highlight for my sons and husband. They enjoyed walking there every day and sitting on the rocks. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure everything was well arranged. We were impressed and plan to book again in the future.

To start, the property manager answered any questions we had before we even booked. He made us feel informed about his property and comfortable to book. Once we arrived, it was everything he said it was going to be. We have 3 kids under 10 and they had the best time playing in the river, exploring and swimming in the pool. When the river was too cold in the morning (we went in March), the pool was there for an activity. The house had all the comforts of home! Plenty of blankets, extremely clean, pool towels conveniently right there on the patio, a washer and dryer for laundry, plenty of bath towels, and the list goes on. It was 10 minutes away from a grocery store, fast food and a few restaurants if you wanted to go out, or as secluded as you could ever want if you like to stay close to home. Would come back, and thank you to the owners who clearly want their guests to have a wonderful stay!

This property does not disappoint. The home is beautiful and well-equipped with all you could need in a vacation property. The owners were fabulous to work with and extended our stay when we could not arrive on the original arrival date. The property is gorgeous with a creek that runs in front of the house. We had an incredibly relaxed and pleasant stay in Jason's unique accommodation. The house was super clean and everything you needed or could have needed was there. The complex is a dream and the immediate proximity to the completely private river is unique (beware of the copperheads ;-))! The air conditioning provided a pleasant balance in the sometimes extremely warm temperatures now in July, the fly screens everywhere protect against everything that flies and crawls. We will miss the geckos that live on the terrace and entertained us at breakfast, as well as the unique pool that makes a bathing experience possible even when it rains. Jason was available at all times and helped and supported us with everything, thank you very much for that! We definitely recommend this complex and would love to come back!

The privacy, peacefulness, beauty and comfort of the house and surroundings are wonderful. It exceeded our high expectations, and we didn't want our time there to end. The owners were extremely attentive and accommodating. Very highly recommended, and we would love to stay there again in the future. Don't be surprised by the little fish that nibble on your toes when you're standing in the swimming hole down at the stream. They're harmless, and are performing a useful service ;-)

This home is beautiful and very cozy. We loved hearing the water from the porch. We were able to walk down and "sit a spell" by the creek and enjoy such beautiful nature. The heated indoor swimming pool was great!!! The piano was a fun blessing since I play almost every day at home. The kitchen is well stocked. The landscape is gorgeous. The house is very clean! One of our favorite bonuses was getting to see the baby birds by the garage take first flight. This was a beautiful, much needed vacation for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. This home was beautiful. We enjoyed taking pictures by the water. My kids enjoyed the pool. The owner was amazing throughout the stay and checked in to make sure everything was going well, had recommendations on places to eat and see. Would highly recommend giving this place a stay especially if you want to go and just be away from everything the house offers so much privacy.

My family and I had such an amazing time at this property! The property was better than expected by far! Such beautiful and peaceful surroundings! So much privacy and at he same time so close to everything! Many places to visit including Helen just a short drive away! I can't reccomend this property enough. Great comunication with the owners who by the way pay close attention to details! Don't think twice! Book it!

Our stay here was unbelievable. The pictures online do not do the property justice. It truly is a getaway and one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying at. The indoor pool was a major bonus with the little ones especially during February. The waterfall is literally within a 100yards or so of the porch to the home and very private. Could not recommend this location more. Book it you will not be disappointed!

Came to North Georgia for my daughter's college graduation. Start to finish, Jason was communicative and responded to any texts I sent.The house and property were amazing. When coming to visit my daughter and son in law in the future, I will never stay anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Our family had such a wonderful time here. The pool was great and the house was so clean and had everything you needed. Jason was very easy to communicate with and check-in and out were a breeze. I have already recommended this place to family members.

You can tell it’s well cared for and thoughtfully set up for guests.The view and sound of the river were incredible — we spent hours just sitting outside listening to the water and soaking in the mountain air. It’s the kind of place that slows you down in all the best ways.
