The home was a great spot for a girl's trip to Lexington. It is located close to Keeneland, restaurants, and the bourbon trail. A great place to relax and visit. The sitting area in the back was pleasant. If you plan to cook, you may need to bring some of those speciality items with you. The neighborhood at first glance appears questionable but we had no problems and it was quiet.

Very comfortable and clean..well equipped kitchen (coffee maker is missing the water hose so it didn’t work). Close to restaurants, coffee shops etc. we had a great time. Our family did 5 Bourbon tours so it was a great starting and stopping point for us.

We came to Lexington to do a part of the Bourbon Trail. Our location was within walking distance to downtown area with many good restaurants and amenities. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious for the four of us with full amenities for our use! Beautiful little house wi to all you need! 20 min to Kentucky Horse Park. All remodeled and new inside and out. Beds were super comfortable.

What an amazing property - had absolutely everything we needed for girls Bourbon Trail getaway/birthday celebration. VERY close to everything, including amazing restaurants (we've never eaten so well) and cocktail lounges. Neighbors were quiet (don't listen to other reviewers - it's a neighborhood in transition and was perfectly safe). Super Clean, really well thought out, great communications, and entire manual/handbook online. Highly recommend!

Met in the middle to reconnect with high school friends. Weather was bad, but this perfect rental made our rainy day stay in okay. We all said over and over again, “I could do live here.” Best house on the street, which was a little concerning when arriving, but we felt safe. Walkable to West Sixth Brewing and other cool places if weather had been better.

We had 3 ladies here on a Girls trip to hike the Red River Gorge area. Our stay here went above and beyond our expectations with all of the thoughtful touches throughout the house. It was can, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is located close to a lot of restaurants and though it is going through a gentrification, we felt safe. Minor drawback is the neighbors rooster if you are not accustomed to roosters, or waking up early. We found it quaint.

This is a nice and modern recently renovated home, unfortunately the owner decided to flip this house in an extremely sketchy neighborhood. As we drove up, there was a group of clearly intoxicated homeless people sitting on the curb. Many vehicles on the road look to not have moved in years. Garbage everywhere. Etc. With quite some hesitation, my family including 2 small children did “brave it out” with the door locked, though we were quite nervous of our vehicle all night. In the morning, we awoke to a fire truck and ambulance down the street one can assume due to drug use which was obviously all around this place. The owner is clearly understanding of this neighborhood’s issues, my family found it somewhat irresponsible to flip a short term rental in this neighborhood. If you are traveling without children and aren’t turned off by seeing transients out your window, then once you get inside the house it is a decent place to stay. I should mention that the neighbors have chickens including roosters which started making noise at dawn, though noise machines were set up in the 2 back bedrooms to drown out the noise. We did walk around to several parks, and were approached by people asking for money at each one. There are some decent food and drink options close by, and a short walk to the downtown area. All in all, the owner has done a good job on the home, it’s a shame it is not in a different neighborhood. We would not stay again with a young family.

We needed a quick stop on our way to Tennessee as we were traveling with our 87 year old mom. The place was beautiful and very comfy. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (definitely the nicest place on the road) but convenient to places to eat and walkable in a group! Next time, we would stay longer.

What an amazing property - had absolutely everything we needed for girls Bourbon Trail getaway/birthday celebration. VERY close to everything, including amazing restaurants (we've never eaten so well) and cocktail lounges. Neighbors were quiet (don't listen to other reviewers - it's a neighborhood in transition and was perfectly safe). Super Clean, really well thought out, great communications, and entire manual/handbook online. Highly recommend!

We had 3 ladies here on a Girls trip to hike the Red River Gorge area. Our stay here went above and beyond our expectations with all of the thoughtful touches throughout the house. It was can, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is located close to a lot of restaurants and though it is going through a gentrification, we felt safe. Minor drawback is the neighbors rooster if you are not accustomed to roosters, or waking up early. We found it quaint.

This property in Lexington was great for hitting Woodford Reserve one day and Buffalo Trace the next. The house is close to a lot of different restaurants and lots to do.

We came to Lexington to do a part of the Bourbon Trail. Our location was within walking distance to downtown area with many good restaurants and amenities. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious for the four of us with full amenities for our use! The host replied to our inquiries quickly and the cleaning staff did a meticulously job of preparing the house for our stay! We definitely would come back to stay again!!Highly recommend

This is a nice and modern recently renovated home, unfortunately the owner decided to flip this house in an extremely sketchy neighborhood. As we drove up, there was a group of clearly intoxicated homeless people sitting on the curb. Many vehicles on the road look to not have moved in years. Garbage everywhere. Etc. With quite some hesitation, my family including 2 small children did “brave it out” with the door locked, though we were quite nervous of our vehicle all night. In the morning, we awoke to a fire truck and ambulance down the street one can assume due to drug use which was obviously all around this place. The owner is clearly understanding of this neighborhood’s issues, my family found it somewhat irresponsible to flip a short term rental in this neighborhood. If you are traveling without children and aren’t turned off by seeing transients out your window, then once you get inside the house it is a decent place to stay. I should mention that the neighbors have chickens including roosters which started making noise at dawn, though noise machines were set up in the 2 back bedrooms to drown out the noise. We did walk around to several parks, and were approached by people asking for money at each one. There are some decent food and drink options close by, and a short walk to the downtown area. All in all, the owner has done a good job on the home, it’s a shame it is not in a different neighborhood. We would not stay again with a young family.

Overall good experience. Street is up and coming but surrounding areas very nice. A few local gang out spots are fun to explore.

This home is on a one way street in the middle of a historic neighborhood! The street itself, is a street of cottages and working class folks! Everything was quiet and safe! A walk to Rupp and other downtown destinations are within a 10 minute walk! The home was so roomy and well appointed! I could have used a few more dish towels and designated dish wash cloths. I absolutely thought the back porch was really cool, however, there was a trashcan full to the top of stagnant water with a couple of bottles floating in it that needs attention because it’s mosquito season it took away the backyard ambience.! This house well worth a rental and a great place to say in a really convenient place in Lexington and the host is very quick to answer. Any questions! I really do get this a five out of five.

We stayed here while attending a horse show at the Kentucky Horse Park, and it was a great place. Quick & easy drive to the horse park, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. We were able to park right in front of the house for our whole stay. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks for a lovely stay!
