Was on the island for the week for my sister’s wedding at a relative’s home. This place was perfect. Close to the beach, quiet street, my dogs couldn’t get enough of the backyard. I was so impressed that the backyard was escape proof! I didn’t do any cooking but the house seemed well supplied and comfy.

Property was located directly next to 1. A garbage dump and 2. A fire station and government office.We would have wanted to leave the windows and doors open at times to get that nice May breeze on the island. But, we couldn’t because the noise from the garbage dump and the fire station was overwhelming. Lots of cars coming and going, the sound of garbage clanking as it’s being dropped off at the dump, and big commercial diesel trucks driving by every 5 minutes. Not exactly a getaway at the beach…I wish the property owner would have mentioned this as we wouldn’t have stayed here.
