Overall, hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was great and the views can’t be beat! Be aware that this beach isn’t great for sitting out all afternoon due to the tide but the porch more than makes up for that. The size of the unit was perfect for me, my husband, and our six month old. We had enough room for her pack n play.The pool was also great for her as it was close to the unit and clean. Close walk to fort fisher too and the aquarium is a very short drive if you have kiddos. I highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.Because it is a top floor corner unit it has wonderful views!

This property was perfect for a short weekend getaway with my younger daughter. You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach and the community pool. We also enjoyed the surrounding area. Nothing was too far away to get to, kure beach has good food and a cute coffee shop that we also enjoyed.One minor thing to be aware of, household conveniences were minimal. No paper towels were provided for our stay, no liquid hand soap in dispensers, and one dishwasher and laundry pod provided for 3 night stay. Easy items to bring along if I had known ahead of time. Other than that, our stay was great.

Condo was super nice with unbelievable views! Being in the end means you get extra windows looking out at the ocean in every room, even the bathroom! Property was clean and the host was super easy to work with. Only small issues I had was the deck light did not work and I found a dirty cup, but that doesn't significantly lower my rating and I would love to come back again!!!

My birthday weekend getaway with the kids was an unforgettable adventure. The condo was perfectly equipped with all the essentials, including beach chairs, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The spotless space and abundance of towels were a lovely touch, and the breathtaking beach views from the balcony left me feeling grateful.

Could use a good cleaning. I do not want to knock the condo itself as it is adorably decorated, spacious and in a great area with easy access to the beach, pool and ft. Fisher. The view from the balcony is great! Not noted in the listing is the fact that there are beach chairs and toys in the closet by the door which is always nice to know when you plan to bring these things. The management company needs to do a better job 1) giving instructions on how to get there, find your spot and get in. A map would help. We showed up at night and had a really hard time finding not only our parking spot but also the correct building. The entry code is 9 digits long. 2) cleaning. The place was not cleaned properly. We found crumbs in the couch, someone else’s bathing suit in the shower and the floors were generally grimy. The vents were also all dusty as well as the tops of some of the decorations. We had to do some cleaning ourselves to be comfortable there and I am hoping to get a portion of the cleaning fee back from Vacasa.

The condo is great for a couple! Nice and spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The balcony and the view from the condo looks right over the ocean during high tide. Beach access is just a few steps away. You can walk to Fort Fisher Park. The host was very communicative and provided suggestions for restaurants. We would stay here again!

We loved this unit because it was not near public beach access, and it was like we had our own semiprivate cove to play and swim in. We LOVED the pool right on the beach. Not big and fancy, but never overcrowded. It is also 1/2 mile from the NC Aquarium, and steps away from the Fort Fisher Museum. Overall, the room was clean when we arrived and instructions were easy to follow. There are several nice restaurants close by and Carolina Beach is just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) with more choices and activities. If you love beaches that are not full of people, this is a great place.

Beautiful beach and condo. Had everything we needed. View was amazing! Communication was great! Only complaint I have is wish it had an elevator. Hard to lug everything up 3 flights of stairs. Also might consider putting a mirror in bedroom to make it easier for 2 people to get ready at same time. Great place to stay!

The property was in a great location and the views were beautiful but that's where the good news ends. The floors were shag carpet not tile?(dirty-I think but you could not tell). Who puts shag carpet in a beachfront condo. The entire unit is outdated. The kitchen needs an upgrade. The bedroom is dark and needs an upgrade. The bedding is less than desirable. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The furniture on the patio was very uncomfortable. We had an issue with the bathroom sink faucet needing replacement that was quickly resolved by the owner. I wish I had some great things to say about the unit but the views and the location are about it. Some upgrades and this would be a spectacular unit.

The ocean is in full view which was great. The condo is very basic in an aging complex. Because it had such high reviews, I expected it to be cleaner and more updated. I could see some effort to update some things but it is still kind of rustic. If that’s not a big deal, then the view is worth it!

I enjoyed my short stay at this condo. The location was ideal, located directly next to Fort Fischer and the ferry to Southport. Some amazing sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed during my stay! The view from the deck was gorgeous, and I enjoyed sitting in the morning sun and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Access to the beach was easy and a nice walk (1.8 miles one way) to the Kure Beach pier was perfect on a beautiful day. The unit was comfortable and clean, although the kitchen and bathroom could use an update soon. The condo building needs some TLC. Overall a good stay and recommend this condo for a quick stay at Kure Beach!

Cute little place and the location is amazing. The place could definitely use some attention to cleanliness. We found coffee grounds left in the coffee maker and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Lots of dust on items.

Clean and tidy condo in a great location. Internet worked good our entire stay. Beach is not crowded. Lots of things to do nearby if you want a break from the beach. Disc golf, trails, ice cream shops, shopping, ferry to Southport and etc. Check in and check out was easy.

Sea spray had a wonderful location and is clearly loved and cared for by its owner. You have a good view of the ocean, considering it's second row, and Fort Fisher Park is right next door for walking and adventure. Beds and furniture were pretty comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We had some issues with cleanliness in the kitchen, and it could use a little bit of updating and additional baking items (like a sheet pan). Otherwise it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Note: I give this condo a four star, but I give Vacasa a 1-star rating. They have been nothing but difficult to work with, fairly unresponsive, and non-bending to the customer when they should be. I personally will never book with them again, but if you do, make sure you buy the insurance and "all your ducks are in a row." Issues like canceling or moving locations is an utter nightmare with this company.

Sea spray had a wonderful location and is clearly loved and cared for by its owner. You have a good view of the ocean, considering it's second row, and Fort Fisher Park is right next door for walking and adventure. Beds and furniture were pretty comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We had some issues with cleanliness in the kitchen, and it could use a little bit of updating and additional baking items (like a sheet pan). Otherwise it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Note: I give this condo a four star, but I give Vacasa a 1-star rating. They have been nothing but difficult to work with, fairly unresponsive, and non-bending to the customer when they should be. I personally will never book with them again, but if you do, make sure you buy the insurance and "all your ducks are in a row." Issues like canceling or moving locations is an utter nightmare with this company.

The condo is great for a couple! Nice and spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The balcony and the view from the condo looks right over the ocean during high tide. Beach access is just a few steps away. You can walk to Fort Fisher Park. The host was very communicative and provided suggestions for restaurants. We would stay here again!

The property was in a great location and the views were beautiful but that's where the good news ends. The floors were shag carpet not tile?(dirty-I think but you could not tell). Who puts shag carpet in a beachfront condo. The entire unit is outdated. The kitchen needs an upgrade. The bedroom is dark and needs an upgrade. The bedding is less than desirable. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The furniture on the patio was very uncomfortable. We had an issue with the bathroom sink faucet needing replacement that was quickly resolved by the owner. I wish I had some great things to say about the unit but the views and the location are about it. Some upgrades and this would be a spectacular unit.

Clean and tidy condo in a great location. Internet worked good our entire stay. Beach is not crowded. Lots of things to do nearby if you want a break from the beach. Disc golf, trails, ice cream shops, shopping, ferry to Southport and etc. Check in and check out was easy.

The condo has a nice balcony to sit and watch the waves. The beach was mostly washed away during our stay. The management company was very respnsive and quite easy to deal with on the one minor issue we had. The issue was corrected on the day we checked into the condo.

Could use a good cleaning. I do not want to knock the condo itself as it is adorably decorated, spacious and in a great area with easy access to the beach, pool and ft. Fisher. The view from the balcony is great! Not noted in the listing is the fact that there are beach chairs and toys in the closet by the door which is always nice to know when you plan to bring these things. The management company needs to do a better job 1) giving instructions on how to get there, find your spot and get in. A map would help. We showed up at night and had a really hard time finding not only our parking spot but also the correct building. The entry code is 9 digits long. 2) cleaning. The place was not cleaned properly. We found crumbs in the couch, someone else’s bathing suit in the shower and the floors were generally grimy. The vents were also all dusty as well as the tops of some of the decorations. We had to do some cleaning ourselves to be comfortable there and I am hoping to get a portion of the cleaning fee back from Vacasa.

The ocean is in full view which was great. The condo is very basic in an aging complex. Because it had such high reviews, I expected it to be cleaner and more updated. I could see some effort to update some things but it is still kind of rustic. If that’s not a big deal, then the view is worth it!

Overall, hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was great and the views can’t be beat! Be aware that this beach isn’t great for sitting out all afternoon due to the tide but the porch more than makes up for that. The size of the unit was perfect for me, my husband, and our six month old. We had enough room for her pack n play.The pool was also great for her as it was close to the unit and clean. Close walk to fort fisher too and the aquarium is a very short drive if you have kiddos. I highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.Because it is a top floor corner unit it has wonderful views!

This property was perfect for a short weekend getaway with my younger daughter. You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach and the community pool. We also enjoyed the surrounding area. Nothing was too far away to get to, kure beach has good food and a cute coffee shop that we also enjoyed.One minor thing to be aware of, household conveniences were minimal. No paper towels were provided for our stay, no liquid hand soap in dispensers, and one dishwasher and laundry pod provided for 3 night stay. Easy items to bring along if I had known ahead of time. Other than that, our stay was great.

I enjoyed my short stay at this condo. The location was ideal, located directly next to Fort Fischer and the ferry to Southport. Some amazing sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed during my stay! The view from the deck was gorgeous, and I enjoyed sitting in the morning sun and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Access to the beach was easy and a nice walk (1.8 miles one way) to the Kure Beach pier was perfect on a beautiful day. The unit was comfortable and clean, although the kitchen and bathroom could use an update soon. The condo building needs some TLC. Overall a good stay and recommend this condo for a quick stay at Kure Beach!

We loved this unit because it was not near public beach access, and it was like we had our own semiprivate cove to play and swim in. We LOVED the pool right on the beach. Not big and fancy, but never overcrowded. It is also 1/2 mile from the NC Aquarium, and steps away from the Fort Fisher Museum. Overall, the room was clean when we arrived and instructions were easy to follow. There are several nice restaurants close by and Carolina Beach is just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) with more choices and activities. If you love beaches that are not full of people, this is a great place.

My two friends and I had a wonderful time at this condo in Kure Beach! We could not have had better weather and being literally right on top of the ocean made it even better! Our host was amazing and addressed any issue we had quickly and thoroughly… she was a pleasure to work with! Will definitely come back!!!

The condo was Amazing, we had everything right there, and didn't have to bring our soaps and shampoo, clean linens, extra linens and pillows.Tbe temperature in the condo was always comfortable.
