Downtown Newburyport, Bright and Sunny 2 Bedroom

Great stay in Newburyport ! Very informative video to help with check in and building. Owner communicates very well ! Stayed with family of 4.

We loved staying here!The property was well stocked with everything you need - toiletries, kitchenware, bedding, etc. The master bedroom was spacious and sunny, and thoughtfully furnished with a king bed, large dresser, closet system and blackout curtains. The location was great for quickly accessing the heart of downtown. There was a frog pond directly across the street with a playground which I enjoyed bringing my baby and toddler to explore. Parking was overall easy to find on the street. The parking spot on property was too small for my Suburban but worked great for my friends' Atlas.We did not have hot water but the host was quick to respond with details so I could get the boiler going again. Sam's communication is efficient and clear!

Wonderful place to stay within walking distance to all the waterfront has to offer. Clean accommodations with easy check-in. The host was very communicative and hospitable. We look forward to returning!

Sam’s place was great! Comfortable, well organized/supplied, and the location was great location. If that weren’t enough, Sam himself was a terrific host, who communicated seamlessly, was flexible, and ensured that we had everything we could possibly need for a terrific stay. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough about this property!! It was perfect! So close to everything in Newburyport - just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and bright with lots of natural light. It was a perfect home away from home! Our host, Sam was incredible as well!!
