The location is great. When we arrived, the floors were sticky and dirty. A cleaning service came to mop the floors. The place needs to be deep cleaned — dusty and dirty! The temperature outside was in the low to mid-70’s. This place locked in heat! It was uncomfortably very warm inside! There are ceiling fans, but the place is still VERY warm. We needed to leave the front door and kitchen windows open while we were home to get a cross breeze. The kitchen sink barely had any water pressure. It was eventually replaced 2 days into the trip.

We like the layout of the property. Very nice bathrooms bedrooms and living space. There could be improvements: The kitchen utensils/tableware incomplete like only 3 Teaspoons , no salad plates, no salt and pepper. Outside Lightbulb by front door needs to be replaced… very dark/dangerous at night time. Nightstand left lamp in Bedroom suite is broken, toilet/commode leaks. And … during this tropical heat wave weekend 9/7-11… the unit was unbearably hot with just “fans”! Not very comfortable at all. We loved the parking space! Great TVs

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The property was just large enough for our family of 4. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well equipped and the property was quiet. The location is great - walking distance to Mission Bay Park. Our only complaints were that the living room could really use one more chair for additional seating and the property needs AC. We have stayed in non-air conditioned properties in San Diego before and they have been fine, but this property was consistently 80/81 degrees even when it was 67 outside/we kept doors/windows open and fans running. One bedroom had a small window unit which was very helpful. Another window unit in the other bedroom and one in the main living space would easily solve the problem. Overall a great experience!
