Lovely to have access gate to the park, outside patio seating under lights for nightly family dinners, gathering room to all snuggle in the large sectional (a favorite place), crib, porta crib, high chair, play room...I could go on and on!A/C was lovely--those who preferred a cooler climate took over the basement and were in heaven. We came to see the newest addition to our family--ended up being just a week old when we got here!--and gathered nightly for dinner on the patio--plenty of private spots to find quiet, and places for a one year old to get the energy out.Main living /ground floor has a master w/king bed, attached bathroom with a great shower, BR opens on the other side to the kitchen--handy during the day.Downstairs has two doors--one to bedroom with attached bathroom with washer/dryer and a second door to playroom with kids' kitchen set up, more toys, game table and PacMan machine! Not sure who liked the playroom better--the 20 month old, or the grown men playing Pac-Man!Upstairs has two bedrooms (queen? in one with crib,and full/twin bunk beds with steps to top in the 2nd BR) and one bath with tub/shower w/hand-held nozzle, great for giving baths to the 1 year old! All bedrooms are spacious with large closets.We had 7 adults and a 20 month old and had plenty of room.Lovely, welcoming home and gracious, responsive host.

Very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable too! Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. Hot tub was a nice treat.Also had a/c which was great in this hot August weather. Would recommend this place for sure! Kids loved the trampoline in the nice backyard.

We visit the Denver area twice a year and by far this has been our favorite rental. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The den was very relaxing. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the opportunity to stroll around the park behind the house. If we get the opportunity we will stay again. I gave 4 starts on accuracy only because the outside of the house looks gray and is painted green. Otherwise the inside is exactly as described.

This house was exactly as expected and great for our large group. It is close to everything. The park with pickleball and basketball courts is right out the back door. Grocery store around the corner. The back patio is spacious with room for everyone to sit back and enjoy the evening- hot tub was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Denver.

The house was as advertised. Pictures are a true depiction of property. Plenty of driveway parking for 3 cars/pickups. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice park just outside the backyard. There is a gas grill and it had a full propane tank! Yard is fully fenced in so safe for kids and pets. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect home for our family gathering, to include the dog! We truly could not have asked for a better place both inside and out! A lovely home with great kitchen, comfortable beds, fun game room(the play kitchen was a big hit with our 4yo), awesome fenced backyard for our furry family member with plenty of seating for all, large table for outdoor dining and hot tub. And if that wasn’t enough the backyard gate opened directly into a beautiful park, also with something for everyone. We had a fun time playing pickleball, our 4yo loved the swings & toddler playground and our 14yo had fun shooting hoops and beating his uncle on the basketball court! The location was also great with easy access to many of the family friendly activities offered in the area. Some of our favorites included the Denver Zoo, Dinosaur Ridge for our 8yo dino expert and fishing in Idaho Springs where all the kids caught a fish. Wonderful family time, great memories!

I spend an amazing time in this beautiful house it really makes me feel at home. It’s a very nice clean and secure home close to several turístico places, including The Red Rocks Mountain!! The kitchen had everything to cook. I enjoyed cooking for my family every morning before going to explore Denver!

Nice layout to the house and the yard was great with access to the wonderful park.The town of Arvada is quite lovely too. I can see the house is under current renovation so I’d like to make a suggestion. You need a toilet paper roll and trash can it the bathroom please. Also the shelves in the bedrooms are rough wood and will snag your clothes. Also there were no dishes in the cupboard when we arrived but we discovered they were all in the dish washer so we emptied them. Also towels in the drier that we folded and replaced.

There were dead bugs and spiders inside and outside. Kitchen wasn't set up to cook and no propane for grill. The neighborhood ended up being ok but the house across the street that had bars on the doors and windows made you feel uncomfortable. Not the neighborhood we were expecting. I don't like to complain but when you spend the kind of money this renal cost it certainly wasn't worth the money.

This house was adequate for our stay. We had 12 people and it was too small for a group that size. It felt much smaller than the pictures represented on VRBO. The house was average. It was clean. The smell of Febreze? was overwhelming upon our arrival and made the first night of sleep difficult. It went away after a day or two. Overall our experience here was fine. It seemed very expensive once all of the additional fees were factored in.

This was our first time using Vrbo and I was so nervous. The property manager was great when we had an issue trying to check in, very quick response and kind. The property was everything we and more then we expected. So much space, and we were able to keep the grown teens busy with the activities in the game space while enjoying a peaceful evening in the backyard. If we come back, this would be the perfect spot for a big family group!
This was our first time using Vrbo and I was so nervous. The property manager was great when we had an issue trying to check in, very quick response and kind. The property was everything we and more then we expected. So much space, and we were able to keep the grown teens busy with the activities in the game space while enjoying a peaceful evening in the backyard. Property was as listed. Bedrooms are good sized. Open layout to allow people to sit and converse throughout the main level. Great patio and outdoor entertainment space. Host was attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We had a great stay!

First time in Colorado. This home was the best, so beautifully set up ! So happy that I chose this home. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. Home very spacious ,plenty of rooms for family and friends to stay! I definitely recommend and will be rebooking on my next visit! Thank you

Property was as listed. Bedrooms are good sized. Open layout to allow people to sit and converse throughout the main level. Great patio and outdoor entertainment space. Host was attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We had a great stay!

Host were very accommodating, responded back very fast! House fit all of my family for our weekend get away. It started snowing in Colorado and they let us arrive earlier then check in time and check out later.

First time in Colorado. This home was the best, so beautifully set up ! So happy that I chose this home. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. Home very spacious ,plenty of rooms for family and friends to stay! I definitely recommend and will be rebooking on my next visit! Thank you

This house was exactly as expected and great for our large group. It is close to everything. The park with pickleball and basketball courts is right out the back door. Grocery store around the corner. The back patio is spacious with room for everyone to sit back and enjoy the evening- hot tub was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Denver.

The house was as advertised. Pictures are a true depiction of property. Plenty of driveway parking for 3 cars/pickups. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice park just outside the backyard. There is a gas grill and it had a full propane tank! Yard is fully fenced in so safe for kids and pets. I would stay here again.

Super. Cozy and comfortable and fit our large family. The park access and provisions for park activities was the best feature. The house is cute and had most everything we needed. You have to bring your own bath products. I most likely missed that in the instructions because the host was very thorough and responsive, so Im sure it was me. The house was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I enjoyed watching kids play basketball in the cul-de-sac across the street. We felt very safe. Also, the location was awesome in that it was close to all necessary stores, restaurants and the then some. Super convenient!

Lovely to have access gate to the park, outside patio seating under lights for nightly family dinners, gathering room to all snuggle in the large sectional (a favorite place), crib, porta crib, high chair, play room...I could go on and on!A/C was lovely--those who preferred a cooler climate took over the basement and were in heaven. We came to see the newest addition to our family--ended up being just a week old when we got here!--and gathered nightly for dinner on the patio--plenty of private spots to find quiet, and places for a one year old to get the energy out.Main living /ground floor has a master w/king bed, attached bathroom with a great shower, BR opens on the other side to the kitchen--handy during the day.Downstairs has two doors--one to bedroom with attached bathroom with washer/dryer and a second door to playroom with kids' kitchen set up, more toys, game table and PacMan machine! Not sure who liked the playroom better--the 20 month old, or the grown men playing Pac-Man!Upstairs has two bedrooms (queen? in one with crib,and full/twin bunk beds with steps to top in the 2nd BR) and one bath with tub/shower w/hand-held nozzle, great for giving baths to the 1 year old! All bedrooms are spacious with large closets.We had 7 adults and a 20 month old and had plenty of room.Lovely, welcoming home and gracious, responsive host.

I spend an amazing time in this beautiful house it really makes me feel at home. It’s a very nice clean and secure home close to several turístico places, including The Red Rocks Mountain!! The kitchen had everything to cook. I enjoyed cooking for my family every morning before going to explore Denver!

We visit the Denver area twice a year and by far this has been our favorite rental. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The den was very relaxing. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the opportunity to stroll around the park behind the house. If we get the opportunity we will stay again. I gave 4 starts on accuracy only because the outside of the house looks gray and is painted green. Otherwise the inside is exactly as described.

We were attending my niece's wedding for a weekend in the area. The house was perfect. Everyone was able to sleep on a bed. The house is very nice, checks all the boxes, and has some nice extra's we weren't able to utilize. The house includes all the accessories we were looking for, Keurig with coffee supplied, iron, hair dryer, etc...

There were dead bugs and spiders inside and outside. Kitchen wasn't set up to cook and no propane for grill. The neighborhood ended up being ok but the house across the street that had bars on the doors and windows made you feel uncomfortable. Not the neighborhood we were expecting. I don't like to complain but when you spend the kind of money this renal cost it certainly wasn't worth the money.

This was the perfect home for our family gathering, to include the dog! We truly could not have asked for a better place both inside and out! A lovely home with great kitchen, comfortable beds, fun game room(the play kitchen was a big hit with our 4yo), awesome fenced backyard for our furry family member with plenty of seating for all, large table for outdoor dining and hot tub. And if that wasn’t enough the backyard gate opened directly into a beautiful park, also with something for everyone. We had a fun time playing pickleball, our 4yo loved the swings & toddler playground and our 14yo had fun shooting hoops and beating his uncle on the basketball court! The location was also great with easy access to many of the family friendly activities offered in the area. Some of our favorites included the Denver Zoo, Dinosaur Ridge for our 8yo dino expert and fishing in Idaho Springs where all the kids caught a fish. Wonderful family time, great memories!

There were spots on the walls. I cleaned some of them. The stovetop is cracked. The oven is dirty. I didn’t use it. The grill was dirty. I was informed that there is a brush, but it was worn and metal; which is my safe to use. The pots and pans are old. The sheets on the master bed were bleached stained. The bed skirt was ripped, just barely hanging on. The couch is very worn, uncomfortable and difficult to get up. The backyard is nice and accessible to the park, but getting back in after the gate is closed is difficult. The light switch in the family room didn’t always turn the light on. It had to be flipped several times. Arvada is a nice community to visit.

We loved the central location of this home — perfect for the activities we had planned. Having a park right out the back gate with pickle ball and tennis courts was a huge win for the kids. They also loved the trampoline, and there was plenty of space for our whole family to spread out comfortably. The hot tub was an added bonus. The host was easy to reach and responsive whenever we needed anything.A few things did detract from the experience. The dryer is essentially unusable. It took over three hours to dry a small load, which was a major inconvenience for a group of seven, especially since one family packed light with the intention of doing laundry during the trip. The welcome book mentions the issue, but it really needs to be fixed. The kitchen could use better organization, and we were surprised to have to unload the dishwasher and fold towels upon arrival — something we’ve never had to do at a vacation rental. Additionally, the instructions for the front door lock in both the welcome email and book were not fully accurate, which caused some confusion.Overall, we enjoyed the location and amenities, but addressing these issues would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.
