Hands down an amazing place to stay! The owner is very friendly, fast with communication and warm welcoming. The home offers so many historical features and charm. A conversation piece. We loved our stay here. We felt like we were at home. The street is quiet. The bonus was parking for our large truck.

Beautiful home! Cozy, clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Shower has wonderful water pressure! King bed is very comfortable. Home is within walking distance to public transportation. Off street parking and washer/dryer were very convenient. Mark is a wonderful host! This was our second visit and would stay again:)) Easy access to downtown Boston and surrounding towns.

Me and few members of my band from Connecticut came to play a show in Boston. When we arrived at the house we thought “gorgeous!” From the outside and when we walked in, it was even more amazing inside. The place was very clean, spacious and lovely to look at. The host stocked the fridge with a few things to eat and drink which we were very grateful for after a 3-hour gig. There were clear instructions on parking (in the driveway which was nice) and checking in and out. Thank you, Mark, for a wonderful stay. Pangea will be back.

Amazing house! Meticulously furnished and decorated. Spacious, comfortable and intimate. With a few minutes to relax, this host has an incredible collection of cook books to browse and enjoy. Dunkin close by for that famous East Coast coffee. Close to airport and downtown attractions. Plenty of street parking. Maybe the nicest rental we have stayed at. Highly Recommended. 5 Stars!!

Such a beautiful house. We fell in love with it, it's laid out perfectly and has everything you need , just like your own home. The beds, and sofa, are so comfy. The house is full of little, and big, historical treasures, I loved hearing about where the pieces came from. There's parking! Entry instructions were easy and Mark's communication is brillliant. Hopefully you'll get the chance to meet him, he's fabulous. Highly recommended host and place to stay, well above expectations, had an amazing time there.

Mark‘s place was very convenient to Boston and the North Shore. It had everything we needed and the coffee was great!! The rooms were comfortable and the AC was a pleasure after 100 weather all day.

This place was beyond pleasant!!! Okay so we had been looking for a stay that would be close enough to easily Uber into Boston for a concert and some tourist stuff. Not only is the location EXTREMELY convenient to downtown Boston, it is super close to Wegman’s, Whole Foods, SO MANY places to eat at and order from. We had a drive way to park in! Bonus! Walking into the home was like entering a classy, yet comfortable living space that we didn’t even know we needed! We just walked through and admired the original charm and detail of each room- built-in shelves, hand carved molding, creative spaces, black and white tiled bathroom, etc… Some fun surprises included FANTASTIC water pressure in the shower, a back porch with a garden view and a couch to lounge on, SUPER comfortable beds and bedding, coffee bar, even the refrigerator was stocked with some niceties to start with! Mark, our gracious host, was super responsive but since he’s such a VRBO pro, we had no problems and no questions! Check in/out instructions were easy and the apartment basically spoke for itself, gave us all we needed for a super chill stay. We WILL be back! Thanks Mark!

Booked our stay to attend a concert at Roadrunner in Boston which was an easy Uber ride away. Mark was very kind and allowed us to check in early, the courtyard behind the house was beautiful with a cozy patio furniture to relax in. The house was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely book again for future Boston endeavors. Highly recommend!

We had a great two night stay at Mark’s place this July. Check in instructions were clear and Mark was very helpful before we arrived with ensuring we had what we needed. Mark even blew up an air mattress and put on sheets to accommodate our two children. The house was cool when we arrived and there were three AC units throughout the home. The house itself is beautiful! The woodwork and trim throughout make this space warm and comfortable. You enter the living room with plenty of seating for six off the entry foyer. The dining room, seating six, is also beautifully decorated and plenty spacious. There are two bedrooms with great closet and dresser storage. The beds are very comfortable as well. While there is only one bathroom, it was not a problem for our family of six. There was storage available and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. We used the laundry (in the basement) and were surprised there were two washers and two dryers available. Being that this was our halfway stop in a 3.5 week trip, this was such a great surprise and allowed us to wash clothes in half the time! The house is in a cute neighborhood near Boston, however it took about 10 min to get to a grocery store. Not a problem, but just good to know for planning purposes. We drove into Boston each day as it was only 15 min or so, however the house is also close to a train/metro stop. We would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future!

I recently had a great stay at this VRBO located just outside of Boston. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The living room was very comfortable and provided a great space for me to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The location of this VRBO was perfect for me, as it was close enough to Boston to easily explore the city, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. I also appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep each night. Mark's home offered a perfect stay for my family of four. The home was an impeccably restored property with a proper living room which had very comfortable furniture to relax in. There was a full dining table to eat at and an impressively outfitted kitchen. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds with high end linens and all the storage you might need. The towels were a very pleasant surprise, super thick and luxurious. And the supplies were abundant. The train to get into Boston was a short drive away. A perfect stay - thank you!

This is a truly wonderful apartment/half house. Decoated very tastefully and also in a welcoming way. Very comfortable. A chef's dream if you want to cook during your stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. Mark is very friendly and easy to contact. The neighborhood is walkable, with good restaurants nearby. Delivery options, too. We had a lovely stay.

Absolute perfection! What a gem of a property with a great host to match. Everything you could possibly want and more. Mark had restored his home to a very high standard. Most comfortable beds ever with exceptional quality bed linen. Never experienced such high quality in a Vrbo property. Didn’t want to leave!! Can’t wait to return. This is a spatious, comfortable, beautifully appointed and maintained property with easy access to Boston and surrounding communities. It was more like staying in the guest house of a good friend with excellent taste in furnishings and design, than a rental. Mark is a gracious host; we could not have enjoyed our stay more.

Hands down an amazing place to stay! The owner is very friendly, fast with communication and warm welcoming. The home offers so many historical features and charm. A conversation piece. We loved our stay here. We felt like we were at home. The street is quiet. The bonus was parking for our large truck.

When i booked this property. I admitt i did not read through every fine detail. Arriving to the property it was very nice. Apartment was beautiful, we all got ready and had a night at encore casino. Very quick drive. We arrived back at the apartment around 2am to a man staring out the window in the alpartment above us.A few people stayed outside to have a smoke. Where the man starred constanly making it very uncomfortable. We walked down the street a bit and then the man came outside. He didnt say anything just starred. We went back inside. The next morning the host followed us out side asking for money for the extra people that stayed. I thought i had booked the apartment and didnt even think that he needed a head count, it sleeps 7 so we had 7.but to come outside demanding money and just talking down to me like i was a child. I would never stay there again.

Such a beautiful house. We fell in love with it, it's laid out perfectly and has everything you need , just like your own home. The beds, and sofa, are so comfy. The house is full of little, and big, historical treasures, I loved hearing about where the pieces came from. There's parking! Entry instructions were easy and Mark's communication is brillliant. Hopefully you'll get the chance to meet him, he's fabulous. Highly recommended host and place to stay, well above expectations, had an amazing time there.

Love this property! We have stayed here a few times for visits to Tufts. Mark is always the gracious host, always responsive and accomodating. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the place is immaculate! We will be back!!

Mark has a very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Extremely clean and well taken care of. I would live there in a heartbeat if I found myself in the area. Mark took the time to meet us personally the morning of our departure after a short one night stay. Offered suggestions for our route up north. It is clear he excels at being a vrbo owner/operator and takes pride in doing so.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many around the country. Mark lives on site and is extremely friendly and made great suggestions for local and Boston area attractions. He has put a lot of work into the house and the care he has for it shows in the craftsmanship and the cleanliness of the property. We left for Bar Harbor for a couple of days and came back to the Boston are for a few more days after and stayed in a different rental and man do we wish we would’ve stayed in Mark’s place again instead! Great home in a great neighborhood. Any time we come back to Boston this will be the only place we stay at.

We brought our college-age son for a make-up graduation gift that was postponed during Covid. We were SO thrilled with Mark’s home and his hospitality as an owner. The home is so cute, extremely clean, and he has stocked it so well! You need not worry about having to go to the store to grab toilet paper or soap or any basic essentials. The home is within walking distance of a T stop so taking public transit into the city each day was so convenient. In addition, Mark is the most helpful owner - we messaged him with a lot of questions prior to our visit (and a few during our visit), and he always responded so promptly. The neighborhood is so quiet, and we never felt unsafe walking at night. This was a wonderful trip, and this home and owner were a big part of that! 100% recommend staying here!

This was such a perfect home-away-from-home for our family to explore Boston and the surrounding areas. It is beautiful with wonderful, original architectural details. Our host was friendly and thought of everything we might need- well stocked kitchen and coffee. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the train station. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Mark was very friendly and provides only the best for his guests. We were in the area for a family vacation with our three kids ages 16, 15, and 12. It was a great location for taking public transportation into Boston to see the sights. We also rented a car (and appreciated the off-street parking) which we took on a couple of day trips to Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. We would not hesitate to return.

The home was beautiful and I wish we could have stayed longer. It is close to airport and we just had one night, but we walked to the subway and took it in to Boston. The home was better appointed then any other VRBO that I have stayed in over the years. Everything there to complete a dinner for your family. Mark is a great host!

Our host, Mark was helpful and responsive to all our questions. Check-in was easy! We were only in town for one night. We didn't want to stay in the city, so we found this wonderful home in Malden. It was a great location, only about a 15 minute drive from Boston. This is a great option for people spending time in Boston, but not wanting to stay in the city. There is a T station nearby as well. Our group consisted of 4 adults (2 couples), and this rental was perfect for us! I think it would also work for a family with children. The bedrooms had ample space, and the beds were comfortable. (One king size, one queen size). The bathroom was clean and modern, with incredible water pressure! Plenty of towels were provided at no extra charge. Cable TV and Wi-fi were both available. After spending the day in Boston, we wanted to relax for the evening before moving on with our trip. The host provided several menu options for local restaurants. We spent the evening enjoying the beautiful autumn weather under the maple trees in the back yard. Our stay was short, but the property was exactly what we needed! If we are in the area in the future, we will definitely try to stay at this property again! Thank you, Mark!!

This place was beyond pleasant!!! Okay so we had been looking for a stay that would be close enough to easily Uber into Boston for a concert and some tourist stuff. Not only is the location EXTREMELY convenient to downtown Boston, it is super close to Wegman’s, Whole Foods, SO MANY places to eat at and order from. We had a drive way to park in! Bonus! Walking into the home was like entering a classy, yet comfortable living space that we didn’t even know we needed! We just walked through and admired the original charm and detail of each room- built-in shelves, hand carved molding, creative spaces, black and white tiled bathroom, etc… Some fun surprises included FANTASTIC water pressure in the shower, a back porch with a garden view and a couch to lounge on, SUPER comfortable beds and bedding, coffee bar, even the refrigerator was stocked with some niceties to start with! Mark, our gracious host, was super responsive but since he’s such a VRBO pro, we had no problems and no questions! Check in/out instructions were easy and the apartment basically spoke for itself, gave us all we needed for a super chill stay. We WILL be back! Thanks Mark!

This was the perfect place to host small family gatherings over Christmas! We came to town to visit our kids and grandkids; some had traveled from TN and stayed nearby. This lovely home was a place to gather and play. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and share meals, play games, watch movies. Mark was available for any questions. Did I mention how clean and modern the apartment is? Plenty of room for two cars to park in the driveway. Everyone loved it, and us girls especially loved the kitchen! We will be coming back here for sure!

Mark's home offered a perfect stay for my family of four. The home was an impeccably restored property with a proper living room which had very comfortable furniture to relax in. There was a full dining table to eat at and an impressively outfitted kitchen. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds with high end linens and all the storage you might need. The towels were a very pleasant surprise, super thick and luxurious. And the supplies were abundant. The train to get into Boston was a short drive away. A perfect stay - thank you!

Mark's accommodation was excellent, from the fully stocked kitchen to the very comfy beds, felt like being at home. The kitchen had everything (and more) to allow you to cook at home if needed but the place wasn't too far away from restaurants either. The area was very quiet and easy to get to and there was easy parking. There were many books to read and heaps of boardgames that we loved using. We were visiting family and gathered at Mark's place for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a perfect get together. Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our one-night stay. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to both downtown and the airport, yet still tucked into a quiet neighborhood that feels welcoming and relaxed.It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, homey place to stay. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, elegant and peaceful. It was nice to have all the spices and things like butter and eggs in the fridge and condiments even things like applesauce and noodles in the cabinets made it feel homey. Thank you.It was actually very easy with google maps to take the back roads to the airport and miss lots of freeway traffic.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful historic home! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we had stepped back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts we needed. The character and charm of the house were incredible, with so many unique architectural details and thoughtful touches that made the property feel special.The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear that great care had been taken to preserve its history. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Boston. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living spaces and imagining the stories these walls could tell.The location was perfect, and Mark was friendly, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a short drive to the T and with a parking spot (hard to find in Boston)! If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind experience filled with history, charm, and comfort, this is the place to stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!! Thank you Mark for such a wonderful experience!
