Great property! Clean, well decorated, centrally located with an amazing lake view, and pets allowed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making our Thanksgiving preparations so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

This was one of 2 condos I booked for a long weekend at the races. Our 3 couple friends staying were all happy with the accommodations. The unit has been updated including the bathrooms and the layout was spacious. The only drawback is no grill which we found odd.

We had a great long weekend at the lake! The condo was well equip with everything we needed and more (pack-n-play, toys and a feeding chair for our son) and was cleanly and orderly. The only downfall was not having a dedicated boat slip that we could keep our boat at overnight/throughout the weekend. Otherwise, it was a good weekend and we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Went with friends for an extended weekend getaway, and the condo is perfect. Very roomy and open feel with floor to wall windows overlooking the lake. Beds are very comfortable, and amenities needed are all there. Down to a lake raft. Highly recommended

VRBO/Evolve allowed me to book this listing 6 days after a tornado, that we knew nothing about at that time. When I called to give my vehicle info to the owner, I was told there was only boat dock damage, and our boat could be parked on the property overnight. This was not the case! The residents were trying to piece their lives back together after the devastation. Our condo was wonderful, nicer than we expected, but the surrounding buildings had sustained ALOT of damage. We were clearly in the way and made to feel very not welcome. Our "designated" parking spot was covered in construction material, no signs anywhere about boat parking or prohibiting. We never received clear instructions where to park our vehicle or boat. We informed the owner (my only contact person) that we would be leaving the next morning. We never met the property manager until he had our boat towed...While we were packing to leave!!!!

Everything was very neat, organized and clean, just like I would have it at home. Great views of Lake Hamilton. Close to everything you need. Enjoyed it so much. Oh, and the decor was just icing on the cake.

Quiet property right on the lake and was exactly as pictured! The literally thought of everything! There was plenty of soap, shampoo, snacks, bandaids, sippy cups, tons of seasonings, coffee maker, keurig, k cups, creamer, ice maker, air fryer, crockpot, hangers, drawer space, qtips, and i could go on and on! The beds were insanely comfortable and i am obsessed with the decor. Plenty of seating, very nice set up, clean and all in all was perfect for our trip!

Loved this property. It was located far enough away from the busy traffic but close enough to everything we wanted to do. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the house was so clean. Beds were very comfortable. House has everything you need for a great stay. Included shampoo/conditioner in the shower, blow dryer, ice maker (big plus) and all the appliances you can think of in the kitchen. This was the least troublesome property we have ever rented. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. Thanks for a great experience.

The property sits on the beautiful Lake Hamilton, at first glance, the exterior looked a little rusted in places and worn but when you walk in, this lake condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, even snacks! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and also card games at night looking out at the water. It is a 15 minute drive to about anywhere you'd like to go in Hot Springs, which was perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a quiet, gated area, that was so nice!!

The property sits on the beautiful Lake Hamilton, at first glance, the exterior looked a little rusted in places and worn but when you walk in, this lake condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, even snacks! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and also card games at night looking out at the water. It is a 15 minute drive to about anywhere you'd like to go in Hot Springs, which was perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a quiet, gated area, that was so nice!!

This condo was just beautiful! You could tell the owners went to great deal of effort to stock the condo with anything and everything you could possibly need. It beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

The condo was set up perfectly for us. We enjoyed the views and the tranquility of this unit. Everything we needed was ready and all we needed to do was kick back and enjoy. Will not hesitate to book again in the future.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview Oasis. Communication for check in & check out was very clear. It was a comfortable place to check me back to when the weather did not cooperate. We would gladly stay again!
