Private 5 Bed, 4.5 bath w/ Elevator & Pool. Steps to the beach & close to pier.

The location of the house was an easy walk to the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. It was the perfect size for our group and all of the beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be that it needs a larger fridge. Everything else was great.

My group of six female writers gather at the beach every year for a long weekend of rest, friendship, laughter, writing, good food and walks on the beach. This was our first time at Resting Beach Face. The home was spacious, fresh and clean. A quick walk to the beach and a safe well-located section of town. The host and the cleaner were very responsive when we contacted them with an issue or two.

When we arrived it wasn’t very set up for us. The hose was still in the pool and the pool had many issues. Wasn’t exactly what is listed in this description. There were still several messes from the people before us. The pool didn’t work or look as described and the host said he would send the cleaner to check it but never seemed to show up. The carpet was super stained. Old food left in the oven. Old food left in the fridge and freezer. And many items from the last people found in common areas of the house including dirty towels under the bed. Also the post states there are no additional fees but then you have to pay for pool fees. There are definitely extra fees for this stay. Just wasn’t what we expected from the pictures. Stay in many air b&b and just overall wasn’t impressed by my stay. Communication from host was great but the people he said would be showing up to check our issues.. never did.

This house was perfect for our family getaway! Close to the beach and in walking distance of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Resting Beach Face is a great family retreat. Large space , plenty of bathrooms, steps from the beach. Quiet and private. Well equipped with kitchen supplies.
