Overall, this place was pleasing in that it was decorated nicely. The sheets on the bed were wonderful! It was quickly noticed how badly it needed some upkeep. The hallway wall and bathroom had many black scuffs and marks. The shower had mold around the floor and the bedroom wood furniture was badly nicked. The bedspread in both bedrooms did not look clean. The space was inconvenient in that there was no chest of drawers to store clothing and the closet looked like a storage room. The kitchen stainless appliances had been wiped, but were all streaky and therefore looked messy. The outside porch was in need of a good cleaning so that dirt was not drug back inside. In closing, I would not return as it was not comfortable as I wondered what was actually clean or dirty.

Excellent place and location in Sarasota. A great condo with pool and hot tub. As a result, we had an outstanding time in Sarasota.

The property is in an excellent location, close to downtown Sarasota and the beaches. The property is new, well equipped, clean and comfortable with a pool and a great gym which we used daily. The pictures represent the unit very accurately. The second “bedroom” is as small as it looks. The check in process was a bit confusing and the gate access a bit frustrating, but I shared my feedback with the owner who was very responsive and open to suggestions. I would not hesitate to rent a second time.
