Updated Downtown Gem

Very nice place. Exactly what we needed to see our daughter for a weekend at SFA

Everything was great! The AC struggled to keep up during the day but cooled down at night.

Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. I was in a tough spot and he stepped up right away—super responsive, helped me get early access to the unit so I could refrigerate some items, and stayed on top of everything. We ran into a couple of issues, but he made it right and even upgraded the stay, which says a lot about how much he cares. Truly A service—Johnny on the spot from start to finish.The location is great too—just a couple blocks from downtown, walking distance to restaurants, right by a park, and less than three minutes from Planet Fitness. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

The location was great for exploring downtown Nac! The house was older, but definitely had some updates to it. It worked perfect for our family of four. There was a large fenced in parking area right next to the house too. The host was very accomodating and friendly

This house should be advertised for 2 adults and two children instead of 5 people. The twin beds in the closet room are only suitable for children/teens. A foam topper could help the dorm mattresses comfort. The throw pillows are dirty and should be thrown away. Need to add additional towels. The comforters were dirty and need to be washed. Also the refrigerator started beeping at 6am and did that twice not sure why. The house is cute and has potential but these things should be addressed for this price point.
