Petaluma Warehouse Lofts unit E

GPS was a little tricky but once we found it, we were quite comfortable. Great location, easy access to downtown.

Property was very clean and well appointed. Interesting location behind a gym and could occasionally hear workout music. Can hear adjacent units very well and even had to go over and request they turn down music one evening. Would suggest a better window covering for front window as current paper blind lets in all the streetlights and is very bright in upstairs loft

Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay.

This is a well maintained rental location in Petaluma. The beds are super comfortable and the property is located close to the downtown but without the noise of the downtown area. Frank is a responsible host who maintained excellent communication and assisted personally in a minor property deficiency. He always called back and wanted to do the best for his guests. His property was perfect for four adults attending a local wedding.

This was an excellent spot to stay. A friend and I needed somewhere to stay in Petaluma while we were in town for a wedding. This more than met the brief, great open space, modern decor, really nice bathroom, etc. It was easy to walk into the main part of town as well. Frank was very communicative and an I really great host. Would definitely stay here again, wouldn’t even look for another listing
