Our family of four enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was as described and had everything that we needed. It is right next door to Cinnamon Shores which was convenient for our needs. The boardwalk to the beach accommodated golf carts which was essential. The condo have a very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked. The complimentary beach umbrella and chairs were a nice perk.

The boardwalk to the beach accommodated golf carts which was essential. The condo have a very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked. This property was located just a short boardwalk to the beach. The newly renovated kitchen was delightful. Just the perfect space for my family of three (two parents and one 12-year-old kiddo). We loaded up our little wheeled wagon with umbrella, chairs and cooler for snacks and drinks and breezily went to the beach for several hours. Came back in for naps. Easily located to drive out for dinner. Came back, relaxed with movies then went out for evening walks. Next day, did it all again, seamless, easily. So enjoyable!

It’s a beautiful facility. Great location and easy access to the beach. I do recommend this place but be cautious because they are very limited on amenities. Bare minimum of supplies or none at all. We ended up cutting our trip short because we had to keep going into town to get things that should be available for you. Laundry soap, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. other than that it was a great place.

Super clean with great amenities. Washer and dryer, Nice shower, with plates pots and pans to cook meals if you want. So close to the ocean! paved path to the ocean where you can walk or take a golf cart through. 5/5

This place has everything. Washer dryer in RR was very convenient. Bathroom was nice and everything was very clean. Appliances were very modern and fun to use for cooking. Beautiful kitchen. We spent a lot of time at the beach and had a great time! Management was very responsive!

This was the perfect place for our quick getaway. Close to the beach, golf carts readily available and the beach gear option was SO cool! We loved the location and how clean it was. Checking in was easy and so was checking out!! No complex cleaning instructions involved and they were pre-stocked with everything we needed.

Nicely updated all around. Parking was about 30 feet away. Wish it had a small privacy fence outside on the patio to hide coolers, fishing rods, and beach toys instead of having to bring them inside. The washer and dryer are very nice convenient feature but loud so would wash during the day. Overall, I would recommend it to a first-timer coming to Port Aransas. Cinnamon Shores community is right next door as an additional option.

A little difficult to find the correct unit at night, but after that, very easy access to beach, main road, parking, etc. Cute condo, quiet area. Check in process was amazing (best I've ever seen for a vrbo)!. Bathroom was odd, but funtional and plenty of room. The only gripe I had at all was that dang coffee pot - It's missing parts and very difficult to use. Other than that, yeah, I'd for sure stay there again. My puppers enjoyed it too.

The house is very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful neighborhoods. Even though spring break it was quiet. Plan to return for sure. The check in process is rather lengthy with lots of rules posted is a little bit of a turn off but the beach made it all good.

We enjoyed staying at this property but there were a few issues. Upon the first five minutes of being here, our one year old daughter found a button battery on the floor in the living room. It was obviously scary and upsetting for us but we are SO glad we found it in her mouth before she swallowed it. There was also black dog hair EVERYWHERE on the ground. I swept the floor twice and had tons of it. We couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work during our stay, we checked the remote battery only to find the batteries completely corroded. It’s a very nice property and we loved the location, just more attention to detail and cleaning more (especially the floor/rug) and this stay would have been perfect.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean and neat when we arrived. Slight issue with a defective coffee maker which was solved quickly by property management. Beach was 4-5 minute walk away. Shopping and restaurants were nearby as well as other amenities.Will definitely stay again here in the future.

This was a mother/daughter trip for birding and we also had our Labrador Samson with us. We immediately fell in love with the condo! Everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated, it was bright and it smelled good! The beach Access is right there, and there are good opportunities to walk your dog around the property! It was the perfect location to reach all Port Aransas attractions quickly and easily!All instructions were simple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely book this condo again! Sleeping for four people might be a bit tight.

Great condo for a couple. Port Aransas beaches are so beautiful! We spent lots of time on the beach and the water was beautiful & green and the sand was thick & white. At the condo we cooked breakfast there every day. The kitchen was well stocked and had good appliances. My suggestion would be to get rid of the Kuerig coffee maker that does not work and only keep the working Kuerig in the condo. I would also suggest clearing out some of the dishes and kitchen stuff; the cabinets were packed with too many dishes (in my opinion). Overall; a great stay at a wonderful condo. We will definitely book this condo again!

We loved staying at this condo. it was very clean and I would for sure stay there again. The TV in the bedroom did not work but was reported to owner and I am sure it will be fixed for the next guest.

Came down for a family wedding. Most stayed on Cinnamon Shore property but we found this little gem! Less expensive but still wonderful charming property and we were able to walk to all festivities on the beach of Cinnamon Shore. Management company was very kind and responsive. Wonderful stay in every way!

The only gripe I had at all was that dang coffee pot - It's missing parts and very difficult to use. Other than that, yeah, I'd for sure stay there again. My puppers enjoyed it too.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean and neat when we arrived. Slight issue with a defective coffee maker which was solved quickly by property management. Beach was 4-5 minute walk away. Shopping and restaurants were nearby as well as other amenities.Will definitely stay again here in the future.

We loved staying at this condo. it was very clean and I would for sure stay there again. The TV in the bedroom did not work but was reported to owner and I am sure it will be fixed for the next guest.

This was a mother/daughter trip for birding and we also had our Labrador Samson with us. We immediately fell in love with the condo! Everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated, it was bright and it smelled good! The beach Access is right there, and there are good opportunities to walk your dog around the property! It was the perfect location to reach all Port Aransas attractions quickly and easily!All instructions were simple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely book this condo again! Sleeping for four people might be a bit tight.

Our family of four enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was as described and had everything that we needed. It is right next door to Cinnamon Shores which was convenient for our needs. The boardwalk to the beach accommodated golf carts which was essential. The condo have a very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked. The complimentary beach umbrella and chairs were a nice perk.

It’s a beautiful facility. Great location and easy access to the beach. I do recommend this place but be cautious because they are very limited on amenities. Bare minimum of supplies or none at all. We ended up cutting our trip short because we had to keep going into town to get things that should be available for you. Laundry soap, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. other than that it was a great place.

The house is very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful neighborhoods. Even though spring break it was quiet. Plan to return for sure. The check in process is rather lengthy with lots of rules posted is a little bit of a turn off but the beach made it all good.

This was the perfect place for our quick getaway. Close to the beach, golf carts readily available and the beach gear option was SO cool! We loved the location and how clean it was. Checking in was easy and so was checking out!! No complex cleaning instructions involved and they were pre-stocked with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent, very convenient, and the apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated.However, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. We found yellow stains around the bathtub area and behind the toilet, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Also, since the property is pet-friendly, we noticed paw prints on the glass door leading to the balcony from a previous pet guest.Despite these issues, the property is very nice overall, comfortable, and well located. With a little more attention to cleaning, it would provide an even better experience for future guests.
