Sea Gem with Big Ocean View Near Pismo Beach Pier

Very clean, great location, fantastic rooftop deck.

The beach view was beautiful. We had a good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic views from the kitchen and from the upper balcony. It was nice to be able to eat dinner while watching sunset each night. The Firepit allowed us to make smores. The property was clean, and when we had an issue with the toilet flushing, they sent a handywoman almost immediately to rectify the situation. They were great with communication and answered any questions we had regarding water quality in the surrounding areas.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great for us, as it was walkable to all of Pismo and it was a plus to have an attached garage. There were plenty of beach towels and a few chairs, although the boogie boards were broken. There were stains (possibly pet stains) on the carpet in the bedrooms and that was not acceptable. The couch area was okay although it smelled a bit musty. Overpriced for the condition of the home. Other than the carpet, it was fairly clean.

The home has these views, but have to have good knees to get to the views. Other than that, we loved the home. Property management was so helpful. they were attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.
