Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here!! The house was incredibly well stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to appliances to ziplocks and basic cooking essentials. We were very impressed with it and how at home we felt. The rooftop deck was a sweet place to spend our mornings. It was walking distance to everything in Pismo but far enough from Pomeroy to not be loud. We loved it and hope to come back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The set up was lovely. Walking to distance to all things in Pismo and very short and accessible drive to SLO, Arroyo Grande and the airport. Having the two car garage was great for our group, as well. The property was extremely clean and beds were comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine with our stay but the day of checkout the keypad on the front door lock stopped working. I called and they answered right away and tried to give me a different code but it wouldn’t work. We were able to lock the front door from the inside and used the garage to exit the property. Not a big deal just wanted to make sure I could secure the property before we left.

Beautiful property! Nicely appointed, well-stocked, short walk to beach and downtown, and very comfortable. Our group of retired college friends loved it!
