We have been to Salida several times so knew we would love this location and understood it was in the basement of the building. Unit was ready before check-in time and it was very clean. Arrived to find out that parking during the day was 3 blocks away then at 7 at night the shower started blowing up raw sewage

We were in town for FIBArk, and the location was amazing! Right in the center of the activity. While loud during the days, the festival activities ended around 10 pm so didn’t interfere with sleep. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable.
