2Bdrm Cozy and Comfortable Castle Rock Gem

I stayed here in July 2024 with my two adult sons. The space is super comfortable and well maintained. The amenities we used were all very nice: TV including paid YouTubeTV, two large beds, pillows, linens, a sleepable couch, towels, shampoo, conditioner, a nice shower (no tub), cooking supplies including spices/oil/mayo/ketchup/etc, microwave, oven/range, fridge, toaster, coffee maker & coffee, gas grill and dining patio, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer with laundry supplies. Everything we needed! Maryann is very kind and wants your stay to be great. She loaned us mustard for our burgers :) Just ask. The neighborhood is beautiful. Quiet and private. We highly recommend the easy hike up to the castle rock to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here again

This apartment style rental was perfect for myself and my adult children. The location is great for downtown exploring or jumping onto I-25. Even though the space is technically attached to the hosts' home, we felt like we were in our own space. We will definitely stay again when we come back in May if it's available!
