This is a comfortable, clean, and convenient location with everything I needed. It would be perfect for 1-2 people to visit family, come to a Hawkeye game, or attend a conference at the University. It's not immediately downtown or on campus, but it's a short walk, bus ride, or drive. Having a kitchen was great and the bed is very comfortable!

This vrbo gives you no access to the thermostat at all. It's a basement dwelling and 2 days after I arrived we had a blizzard with - 10 degrees and it was very cold inside. I contacted the owner about increasing the temperature and 3 weeks later they got back to me. I would not recommend this vrbo.

A very cosy room and fairly close to town and campus, though 10 minutes is an exaggeration except for a few outlier businesses (I'd say 15-20). The place had everything I needed. The only downside is the thin walls cause you to hear even the smallest of noises from neighbors, especially plumbing, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs.

Welcoming host. Very clean, easy entrance and exit. Comfortable bed, great TV and everything we needed in the kitchen.

The space was perfect for a short parents weekend trip to Iowa City. The host was great & very responsive. Checking in & out was very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place close to downtown Iowa City.
