Brand New Rainey Street Condo with City and Lake View

j'ai beaucoup aimé séjourné dans l'un des appartements car le batîment fonctionne comme un hôtel sauf que ce sont des appartements privés. Mon condo était très confortable et avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le centre est très proche, ainsi que la rivière qui est quasi au pied de l'immeuble.

The condo I booked was meant to have a lake view however upon arrival I had a highway view which made for a very noisy first night. I called customer service at the property and got an answering service that stated they would send a text. I believe that within itself is unprofessional. My initial text that was sent at 11:51am explaining my situation was not answered. I sent a follow up text at 12:51pm and received a response at 1:09pm stating they will look into it. I had not heard back from them so at 1:47pm I sent another text following up and received a response at 2:02pm. They stated they wouldn’t do anything about my booking and will provide earplugs for the noise. I asked for a callback from reception. I did not hear back from them until 3:18pm stating they won’t call me and also called me the wrong name. Customer service was beyond unprofessional. I would not recommend staying. You will have better luck at a hotel with great customer service and the price will be similar.

Simple and cozy place. Location was great for what we were looking for. Clean throughout the building. Pool was amazingly relaxing and the views were a plus. Would for sure stay again.

Wonderful property. The place we stay in was so spacious and had great accommodations. The pool area in the roof was just amazing! Only problem was the wait for the elevators! I guess you can't have everything.
