End unit, Screen porch, Just steps to beach & pool - 101E Port O call

The property was good overall, not great. The kitchen was tiny. Like 2 people can't be in it simultaneously. The bedroom is great. Very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needed some updating. It was big enough but needed better lighting, new vanity and shower. Some updating and repair of several things throughout the unit would make it a much nicer unit. It's location in the complex and on the island were great. Pool was large and deep which was very nice. The beach area was very nice also and the screened in porch was a bonus. Overall not horrible but definitely could use a little attention in certain areas.

Only complaint is there isn’t any beach left at high tide.

The house was clean. The linen was extremely clean. The view was beautiful. The pool was nice and a great location. My only complaint about this house was the toilet flushed really slow and that's it

Cable and internet down one day, Cable TV down another day. Several electrical outlets did not work. Overall we liked the unit, but frustrations with the above items. Would stay here again, other issue with this property is the beach gone from erosion. High tide is up on the dunes, likely will continue to be an issue here
