We were in town for the wedding of our cousin. Several members of our family stayed at the Comfy Craftsman. It was perfect. Several of our family members from the Spokane area lived near by. And we were even able to entertain on the deck one morning while we had some down time. The neighbor was very friendly as well and welcomed us almost as soon as we arrived. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Close to downtown but in a cute quiet neighborhood. The house looks small from the outside, but it has tons of room inside. The basement was a great hangout for the two kids (11 & 13). There were plenty of comfy beds for the kids and adults. This house exceeded our expectations. It was nice and quiet and we all slept well. Kitchen has all the essentials and there’s a great coffee nook that everyone enjoyed. We didn’t bring our dog, but there was the cutest dog stuff available to welcome your furry friend. Highly recommend this listing!
Close to downtown but in a cute quiet neighborhood. The house looks small from the outside, but it has tons of room inside. The basement was a great hangout for the two kids (11 & 13). There were plenty of comfy beds for the kids and adults. This house exceeded our expectations. It was nice and quiet and we all slept well. Kitchen has all the essentials and there’s a great coffee nook that everyone enjoyed. We didn’t bring our dog, but there was the cutest dog stuff available to welcome your furry friend. Highly recommend this listing!

Perfect for us to visit Spokane to see our Grand daughter graduate. Brought family together in a house verses many rooms at a hotel. We also brought our two little dogs with us and we love the back yard for them. They also loved walks to the nearby park.

I was impressed with Hillary‘s quick response and flexibility from the very start.Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, loved the king-size bed and my dogs love playing ball in the backyard!The welcome gift bag with doggy blankets and laundry soap was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay in this home again next time I’m in Spokane.

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience and plan on making this an annual trip. I give the Comfy Cottage a five star rating and defiantly recommend this property to others. Our host provided directions and check-in information a few days prior to our arrival. It was easy to find the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was always 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. My family arrived in the evening. It was dark and the outside temperature was about 29 degrees. The Comfy Cottage's was very welcoming. Its lights were turned on, the walkway was cleared of snow, and we entered into a warm house. Everything is exactly as pictured on the website and then some. You have everything that you could possibly need to stay for a short or long period of time. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts had truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Quaint and welcoming centrally located home. The interior has been completely remodeled with historic charm. The host quickly responded to questions and has set up the home with thoughtful details. It is beautifully decorated and the beds and furnishings were like new. There is lots of natural light and a special sunporch were you can enjoy coffee with a view. Highly recommended!

We booked this property because my husband was graduating at EWU this weekend.This place is so charming and lovely. It had everything we needed and the amenities like laundry detergent and essentials for doggies was a plus! Great shower water pressure. Super clean. Tons of lighting and fans with A/C throughout the house. Well maintained backyard for playing.The mattresses are on the firm, supportive side and I would say they are best for back sleepers. Smart tvs throughout the house as well. Highly recommend. Parking can be a little challenging as it is mostly street parking if traveling in a truck, but we were grateful that we were allowed to have the passenger wheels parked on the gravel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Comfy Craftsman home in Spokane. It was perfect for six adults, offering a clean, comfortable space with lots of character. The location was centrally located, close to great shops, restaurants, and local activities—we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The host was incredibly courteous, providing helpful updates and information throughout our stay. A truly calm and classy getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Communication from our host with timely and thorough. Best we have had in our many rentals. There were so many thoughtful touches to ensure our comfort that we felt we were out of town guests and not renters. The home was spotless and kitchen fully equipped. Parking was a breeze with easy on street access. Will consider this our new “go to” when we are in Spokane. The decor was tasteful and furnishings high end. And best of all….great water pressure. I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there is only one bedroom/bathroom on the main floor and the washer/dryer is in the basement. Only a problem if there are multiple people in the group who would have trouble with steep stairs. Good professional communication with the owner. Provided all the information I needed and nothing I didn’t. I’d recommend this house to others. It was a great family home away from home for a week.

Exactly as the listing indicates! We were 2 families in town for a basketball tournament and this was the PERFECT place! Super comfortable beds, the linens were notably wonderful, well appointed spaces throughout the home. We stay in vacation rentals frequently and this deserves every one of those 5 stars! Host was clear, responsive and communicative. Thank you for hosting us, we would absolutely stay with you again !

This was a very homey stay. We walked to the park every day. We came up for our son’s graduation and had all three children, grandchildren and spouses. The son lives here but was able to come for dinner and I was able to cook breakfast for them every morning. Good commodities were available. The four year old grand baby loved the basement because it reminded her of her own room. Everyone was quite comfortable, and it was a great location. The next time we come to visit our son, we will definitely stay there again

This was the perfect place for all of us to stay. We had myself, my son, my sister, brother in law, their two kids, and our parents that all came up. There were three bedrooms so all the adults had their own room, the kids slept in the basement downstairs and were excited to have a "kids getaway". We loved the coffee cart, and the fireplace was beautiful and mesmerizing. Communication with the hosts was great, we didn\'t have any problems but she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and we didn\'t have any questions or concerns. We\'ll definitely stay here again when we come to Spokane. Thank you!

Parking can be a little challenging as it is mostly street parking if traveling in a truck, but we were grateful that we were allowed to have the passenger wheels parked on the gravel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Comfy Craftsman home in Spokane. It was perfect for six adults, offering a clean, comfortable space with lots of character. The location was centrally located, close to great shops, restaurants, and local activities—we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The host was incredibly courteous, providing helpful updates and information throughout our stay. A truly calm and classy getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Communication from our host with timely and thorough. Best we have had in our many rentals. There were so many thoughtful touches to ensure our comfort that we felt we were out of town guests and not renters. The home was spotless and kitchen fully equipped. Parking was a breeze with easy on street access. Will consider this our new “go to” when we are in Spokane. The decor was tasteful and furnishings high end. And best of all….great water pressure. We rented this property for Christmas weekend. Our hosts were amazing. We were in the middle of a snow storm, low low temperatures and Hilary and her husband were out shoveling snow from the door to the street, handling frozen pipes and so supportive from booking to finish of the trip. Three generations gathered together, in a warm and friendly home made this Christmas extra special. So lucky to have found this home to stay at. I can't thank Hilary and her husband enough for all that they did in preparing the house for our arrival (set up of infant high chair and pay and pak), mm's downstairs with the games for a hungry pre-teen, a well stocked kitchen with all the tools you could need, including toaster and lovely kitchen appliances where we cooked our Christmas dinner and cheerful bedrooms, well set up. We look forward to booking this house again.

I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there is only one bedroom/bathroom on the main floor and the washer/dryer is in the basement. Only a problem if there are multiple people in the group who would have trouble with steep stairs. Good professional communication with the owner. Provided all the information I needed and nothing I didn’t. I’d recommend this house to others. It was a great family home away from home for a week.

Exactly as the listing indicates! We were 2 families in town for a basketball tournament and this was the PERFECT place! Super comfortable beds, the linens were notably wonderful, well appointed spaces throughout the home. We stay in vacation rentals frequently and this deserves every one of those 5 stars! Host was clear, responsive and communicative. Thank you for hosting us, we would absolutely stay with you again !

This was the perfect place for all of us to stay. We had myself, my son, my sister, brother in law, their two kids, and our parents that all came up. There were three bedrooms so all the adults had their own room, the kids slept in the basement downstairs and were excited to have a "kids getaway". We loved the coffee cart, and the fireplace was beautiful and mesmerizing. Communication with the hosts was great, we didn\'t have any problems but she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and we didn\'t have any questions or concerns. We\'ll definitely stay here again when we come to Spokane. Thank you!

Close to downtown but in a cute quiet neighborhood. The house looks small from the outside, but it has tons of room inside. The basement was a great hangout for the two kids (11 & 13). There were plenty of comfy beds for the kids and adults. This house exceeded our expectations. It was nice and quiet and we all slept well. Kitchen has all the essentials and there’s a great coffee nook that everyone enjoyed. We didn’t bring our dog, but there was the cutest dog stuff available to welcome your furry friend. Highly recommend this listing!

Perfect for us to visit Spokane to see our Grand daughter graduate. Brought family together in a house verses many rooms at a hotel. We also brought our two little dogs with us and we love the back yard for them. They also loved walks to the nearby park.

This was a very homey stay. We walked to the park every day. We came up for our son’s graduation and had all three children, grandchildren and spouses. The son lives here but was able to come for dinner and I was able to cook breakfast for them every morning. Good commodities were available. The four year old grand baby loved the basement because it reminded her of her own room. Everyone was quite comfortable, and it was a great location. The next time we come to visit our son, we will definitely stay there again

The house was very clean, well stocked, and had everything our party of eight needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the backyard was a great size for the kids to enjoy. The host checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure all of our needs were met, which we really appreciated. The location was great, with stores close by, and both check-in and check-out were easy. We had a wonderful stay!

Super nice! Fairly close to most all things that Spokane has to offer. House was very clean, the neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood cat will keep you on your toes! The communication with the host was Johnny on the spot. Very helpful if you need questions answered. When we come back, we keep this place in mind. Thank you!

We loved our time here. The old character of the home gave it such amazing charm. It was very clean & fully stocked with all your bathroom necessities. The kitchen had plenty of dish wear and a nicely stocked cabinet for your cooking needs. Even our dog felt welcomed! The location was great, close to many restaurants and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I Highly recommend staying here! Jessica
