\"L'Autre Maison\" Cotignac 6 pers bright beautiful garden view, all inclusive price!

We had stayed in the property previously. The balcony is a wonderful addition, as is the A/C. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. A nice spacious bedroom, good bathroom and shower and large living/dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to the centre of Cotignac.

We had a warm welcome from the host, Marie-Agnes, who was on hand with any help we might need and information. A comfortable, well-equipped home in an ideal location, just a short flat walk into town. The town itself is lovely with several nice restaurants.

We enjoyed our week long stay! Cotignac is a quaint small historic town which is well situated for visiting other towns (and wineries) in Provence. The house is on a hill with a very nice view and is a very short walking distance to the center of town (even shorter if you walk down the steps in the back yard to the street below). The house itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The upper part of the house has one bedroom and a new full bath, and there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath in the lower section (need to access via stairway outside). The outside grounds are nice and there is plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. We very much enjoyed meeting the owner, Marie-Agnes, who showed us the property and surprised us with some food she had prepared (and a bottle of wine from the local cooperative). A great visit!

Das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist auf höchstem Niveau. Geschmackvoll und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Marie Agnes ist eine liebevolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit selbstgemachten provencialischen Tartes empfangen hat. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Marie Agnès est une hôtesse prévenante. L'appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux avec une belle pièce à vivre; belle terrasse et jardin pour profiter du beau temps, emplacement idéal pour visiter Cotignac. Un bémol, les chambres du bas ne possèdent pas de sdb, il faut passer par le jardin pour accéder à celle de rdc.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
